Mit den Stelltransformatoren EA-STT 2000B-3 mit
3 A Nennstrom und EA-STT 2000B-4,5 mit 4,5 A
Nennstrom steht ein unentbehrliches Stromversor-
gungsgerät für Labor und Werkstatt zur Verfügung. Es
liefert eine galvanisch vom Netz getrennte regelbare
Netzspannung, die im Bereich von 0...260 V
Front eingestellt werden kann. Die Ausgangsspan-
nung steht an der Schutzkontaktsteckdose auf der
Front zur Verfügung.
Die Ausgangswerte wie Strom und Spannung werden
mit digitalen Meßinstrumenten angezeigt.
Der AC-Eingang ist mit einer trägen Schmelzsiche-
rung abgesichert, die über dem Netzschalter ange-
ordnet ist. Ein thermischer Überstromauslöser, mit
dem der Ausgang des Transformators abgesichert ist,
befindet sich über der Ausgangssteckdose. Dieser löst
bei Ausgangsströmen größer als 5 A aus.

Inbetriebnahme
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sollten das Gehäuse,
die Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente sowie das Netzka-
bel auf Beschädigung hin untersucht werden. Falls
eine Beschädigung erkennbar ist, darf das Gerät nicht
mit dem Netz verbunden werden.
Reparatur, Wartung oder Kalibrierung darf nur durch
eine Fachkraft erfolgen.
Der Anschluß des Gerätes darf nur an eine Schutz-
kontaktsteckdose (230 V / 50/60 Hz) erfolgen.
Falls ein Austausch der Sicherung notwendig ist, nur
Sicherungen gleichen Typs und Stromwertes verwen-
den. Beim Wechseln der Sicherung muß das Gerät
vom Netz getrennt sein.
Die natürliche Luftzirkulation darf an den Belüftungs-
öffnungen nicht behindert wer den.

EA-STT 2000B
Output with mains isolation
The adjustable transformers EA-STT 2000B-3 with 3
A of rated current and EA-STT 2000B-4,5 with 4.5 A
of rated current are ideal for both, workshop or labo-
ratory. The output is isolated from the mains input,
so an instrument supplied by this transformer can be
used for measurements on TV sets, oscilloscopes and
switching mode power supplies. The AC output is lo-
cated on the front. The output voltage is variable from
0...260 V
by means of the knob on the front panel.

The output values of voltage and current are indicated
on digital volt- and ampere meters.
The AC input is fused by a delayed action fuse, located
above the power switch. The AC output is fused by a
thermic circuit breaker above the output socket. This
will trigger at output current above 5 A.

Initial commission
Before taking the unit into operation it's necessary
to inspect the housing, the controls, instruments and
power cable for signs of physical damage. Save all
packing materials until the inspection is completed.
If any physical damage has been found, the equipment
must not be connected to the mains.
Servicing, repairs or calibrations may only be carried
out by trained engineers.
The mains fuse is situated on the front side above the
mains switch. If it's necessary to change the fuse, it's
imperative that is only replaced by one of the same
value and physical dimensions as the original supplied
fuse. The unit must be disconnected from the mains
whilst replacing the fuse.
It's important that the air circulation at the cooling
vents remains unimpeded at all times.
