Programming a Token (MDB) Coges EUR3.
When the machine is turned on never connect or disconnect wires!
During the programming you need to have excess to the dip switches of the coin acceptor.
Dip switches
- Turn the machine on, the green led on the coin acceptor lights up.
- Move dip switch 2 and 4 up (to the ON position).
- Move dip switch 1 up (to the ON position).
The red led on the coin acceptor we flash 2 times.
- Insert 40 tokens, within coin range, diameter 16 – 28 mm, thickness 1 - 3,2 mm.
- insert coin(s) that will value the amount for the token.
For example: if you want a value for the token of € 1,20, you need to put in a 1 euro coin and a 20
euro cent coin in the acceptor.
The red led on the coin acceptor will flash 3 times if the coin is accepted.
The red led on the coin acceptor will flash 1 time if the coin is not accepted.
- Move dip switch 2 down (to the OFF position).
- Move dip switch 1 down (to the OFF position).
The red led on the coin acceptor we flash 2 times.
- Move dip switch 4 down (to the OFF position).
- Turn the machine off and on.
If all is done correct the token is now programmed in the coin acceptor.
In the programming of the machine you can check if the programming is done correct.
- Push the P button (programming button) on the inside of the door.
- Go to Machine settings.
- Go to Drink settings.
- Go to Drink prices.
- Check if the programmed value for the token is available in the second screen.
Please note that a free vent needs to be programmed with a value of €2,55.
The standard token (freedom eagle) is already programmed in the coin acceptor with a free vent.
This standard token can't be programmed in any other way.
