Cleaning the grease filter for table-top units

Remove the grease filter from its holder.
Clean the grease filter at least once a week in a dishwasher or
by hand using a degreasing agent.
Leave the grease filter to dry out.
Slide the clean and dry grease filter back into the holder as far
as it will go.
