If you do not use the ice maker for a long time, unplug
it and clean.
SELF-CLEAN FUNCTION
•
Before switching the self-clean mode on, open the drain
opening (9) plug and drain the remaining water. Install
the plug (9) back to its place.
•
Fill the water tank with clean drinking water.
•
To switch the self-clean mode on, press and hold the
button (14) for 3 seconds. The pump will start pumping
water from the water tank into the ice basket.
•
After the self-clean process is finished (in approximately
10 minutes), the unit will switch to standby mode.
•
Clean the unit as described in the chapter «CLEANING
AND CARE».
•
You can also press the button (14) during the pump oper-
ation to exit the self-clean mode.

The following situation is not malfunction:
Possible reason
There is no contact of the plug with the

The fan is faulty
The compressor is faulty
Full basket sensor (6) is faulty
Full basket sensor (6) is dirty
Foreign particles block the water supply
channels
The pump is faulty

– Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accel-
erate the thawing process, other than those recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
– Do not immerse the power cord and the unit into
water.
•
Open the lid (2) and remove the ice basket (8).
•
Wash the basket (8) and the ice scoop (10) with warm
water and neutral detergent.
•
Remove the plug from the drain opening (9) on the bot-
tom side of the unit and drain the remaining water from
the tank. Clean the unit as described in the chapter
«Self-clean function».
•
Wash the tank with clean water and wipe it with a dry
soft napkin.
Note: when cleaning, do not tilt the unit more than
45 degrees or turn it upside down, otherwise the cooling
system may not work properly.
•
Install the drain opening (9) plug back to its place.
•
Clean the unit body with a wet cloth and wipe it dry.
•
Set the ice basket (8) to its place.
•
Close the lid (2).
Ensure that the plug socket is in contact
with the plug
Check for voltage in the mains socket
Switch the unit off and check the power

When the ice maker is first started, the water pump pumps for
5 seconds and then stops for 5 seconds, and then the pump
