Warranty Terms
A warranty period of 24 months is granted for this device. If you need warranty service, send the device invoice
along with the product back to the service center. The date of purchase is stored in the seller system and is
compared with the data sent in. No guarantee is given without proof of purchase from the dealer.
• The right to free repair of the product during the warranty period expires if:
- the user has no proof of purchase and therefore no guarantee for the product.
- Malfunctions due to incorrect connection, improper use and maintenance (dusty environment), mechanical
damage, engine damage and damage from any external influences;
- unauthorized interventions or changes to the product by an unauthorized person and / or a malfunction due to
the use of non-original spare parts
- the device is not used in accordance with the enclosed operating instructions.
Other conditions related to the guarantee
The shop where the device is sold to the consumer is obliged to show the device to the buyer and to inform the
buyer:
- how it is used and handled;
- how warranty repairs are available;
- The relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the rules on complaints apply to the guarantee / repair, exchange
or withdrawal from the contract.
