WARNING:
1- NEVER touch the outer surfaces of the unit as they heat up during operation.
Use the handle to open the upper cover. Vapor may come out from between the
heating plates of your equipment when the upper cover is opened or during the
cooking process. Be careful when taking out the foods.
2-Carefully open the lid and remove the foods using plastic or wooden utensils to
avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Never use metal tongs, forks or a knife as
these can damage the coating.
Warming & Cooking
• Using your appliance as an oven, you can cook foods, keep cooked foods warm,
and heat up water, milk, etc., and steep tea.
CLEANING & CARE
• Before cleaning and care, unplug the appliance from the wall socket and allow it
to cool down.
• After each use, wipe cooking plates to protect the cooking surfaces coated with
the non-stick material.
• Remove the cooking plates by slightly twisting outwards the clips holding the
surfaces.
• Rinse cooking plates with a soft cloth or plastic brush, or wash using warm water
and soap, or wash in a dishwasher.
• Some resistance trays may occur due to the temperature on the cooking
plates. To prevent this it is sufficient for you to wash the plates.
• Do not use abrasive materials such as metal brush or steel wool as this will scratch
the non-stick coating.
• After having removed the cooking plates, you can wipe the resistance and heat-
reflector trays with a slightly damp cloth.
• You can wipe the plastic compounds and outer
metal parts with a soaped cloth and then dry it
completely.
• You can store your appliance in the upright
position, by using its automatic security latch.
• NEVER immerse into water, except for the
cooking plates.
