•
Never mount the fan in a way that
it can fall in the tub or basin.
• Never take hold of an electric
appliance when it has fallen in the
water. In such a case, immediately
pull out the power plug.
• Never open the fan and never try
to access the inner side with metal
objects.
• Take care that the children do not
insert any objects in the fan.
• When you are not using the fan, or
cleaning it or if a fault occurs, always
switch it off and pull out the power
plug from the plug socket.
• The fan must not be operated
with an external timer or separate
tele-control system.

Assembly of the appliance
1. Place the fan flat on the floor
initially.
2. Connect both the halves of the
base plate and take care that the
connecting cable is led through the
hole in the centre of the base plate.
The power plug must thus be located
on the lower side of the base plate.
3. Release and remove the three
screws under the fan.
4. Now lift the fan slightly to assemble
the base plate. Fix the base plate on
the three mounting holes under the
fan and fix the three screws again.
5. Thread the connecting cable in
the recess provided for it under the
base plate and place the fan now
on a suitable, firm ground.
