ESP-500A
FRONT PANEl CONTROlS
1. Power Switch (without function compliant to IEC 60849)
After pluging the power jack on the rear side, the device is
operating and the batteries charging.
n AC lED:
This is an LED indicator for AC „ON".
n DC lED:
When unexpected AC power „OFF" DC power supply will
be from battery to make a lighting.
2. Charging lED Indicator
LED indicator is lighting during the battery charging.
3. lED Indicator is for Charging Capacity
The 4 LEDs indicate the amount of battery charging (40%,
60%, 80%, FULL).
For the long-run of the battery life time, it is recommend to
charge the battery to the full LED capacity.
4. Fault display
Buzzer and a flashing light LED in the case of power
failure, defect of the charging connection or capacity
under 40% or fuse fault.
EXECUTION
The emergency power supply ESP-500A has 5 exits by those
are suitable for the connection of 2 pieces BA-480DP power
amplifiers. These exits are secured with 40A-fuses.
At full extension stage, use per 480W rating the battery-set
BA-080 for each. Maximal use 3 battery-sets.
ESP-500A
1. Netzschalter (ohne Funktion gemäß VDE0828/EN60489)
Nach Einstecken des Kaltgerätesteckers auf der Rückseite ist
das Gerät aktiv, die Batterien werden geladen.
n AC lED:
Bei vorhandener Netzspannung leuchtet die AC LED.
n DC lED:
Bei Ausfall der Netzspannung erfolgt Umschaltung
auf Notstromversorgung (Batterie Set BA-052) und die
DC LED leuchtet.
2. Batterie-lade lED
Diese LED leuchtet während des Batterieladevorgangs.
3. kapazitäts lED´s
Diese 4 LED´s zeigen die Kapazität (40%, 60%, 80% u.
FULL) der Batterie an.
Es ist darauf zu achten, die Batterie immer aufgeladen zu
haben, da dann die größte Kapazität zur Verfügung steht.
4. Störmelder
Intervall-Summer und Blink-LED bei Netzausfall, Defekt
der Ladeschaltung, Kapazität unter 40% oder Sicherungs-
ausfall.
AUSFüHRUNg
Die Notstromversorgung ESP-500A hat 5 Ausgänge von de-
nen 2 Stück für den Anschluss von BA-480DP Leistungsver-
stärkern geeignet sind. Diese Ausgänge sind mit 40A-Siche-
rungen abgesichert.
In voller Ausbaustufe sollte pro 480W Leistung ein Akkuset
BA-080 verwendet werden, jedoch maximal 3 Akkusätze.
