- Seite 6 MANUAL Below the descriptions of the features/options of the HCG 014. The numbers between the “(...)” refer to the key or c onnections on the unit. The illustrations can be found in the front of this manual. Connection and clock set • Plug the power cord into a 230V AC outlet. • T he electronic clock will turn on and the clock shows “0:00” flashings on the display to indicate that it’s not set correctly. • P ress the [◄ TUNING / HOUR] button (4) to set the hour. • P ress the [TUNING ► / MINUTE] button (5) to set the minute. • A fter setting to the correct time, either press [SET] button (7) once, or just leave it for 5 seconds. • T o change the current time, the radio must be switched off – to turn it off, press the [ON/OFF] button (6). Press and hold [SET] button (7) for 1 sec. until the display flashes, and follow the steps above to adjust the time.

The SLEEP time can also be adjusted by pressing the [SLEEP] button (3). • T o switch off the SLEEP timer function during SLEEP mode, press the [SLEEP] button (3) repeatedly till the OFF option or press the [ON/OFF] button (6). Note: the Sleep Timer function can be used without problems in combination with a set alarm(s). Radio operation • P ress the [ON/OFF] button (6) once to turn ON the radio. The radio receives a FM band and the LED display indicates the frequency. After 3 seconds, the LED display will change back to show the time. • A djust the volume by pressing the [VOLUME+/-] buttons (1/2). • Tune into the desired station by either of the 2 following methods: - Manual Tuning: Use the [◄ / ►] buttons (4/5) until the desired station is reached.

Branchement et réglage de l’horloge • Branchez le cordon d’alimentation dans une prise de courant de 230V AC. • L ’horloge électronique se met en marche et l’indicateur « 0:00 » s’affiche clignotant sur l’écran pour indiquer que son réglage n’a pas encore été effectué correctement. • A ppuyez sur le bouton [◄ TUNING / HOUR] (4) pour régler l’heure. • A ppuyez sur le bouton [TUNING ► / MINUTE] (5) pour régler les minutes. • A près le réglage de l’heure appropriée, appuyez une fois sur le bouton [SET] (7), ou laissez-la simplement pendant 5 secondes.
- Seite 9 Réglage du Sleep timer (minuterie de sommeil) • L orsque vous écoutez la radio, appuyez sur le bouton [SLEEP] (3). L’indicateur « 90 » s’affiche sur l’écran (correspondant à 90 minutes). Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur le bouton [SLEEP] (3) jusqu’à ce que l’écran affiche votre durée souhaitée de SLEEP (sommeil). La durée s’affiche sur l’écran par séquence comme suit : 90 > 80 > 70 > 60 > 50 > 40 > 30 > 20 > 10 > OFF (Désactivé). • 2 secondes après la durée SLEEP (sommeil) souhaitée choisie, l’écran affiche à nouveau l’heure en cours, et la radio joue pendant la durée SLEEP (sommeil) que vous avez définie, puis se coupe automatiquement. • Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton [SLEEP] (3) en mode SLEEP et l’écran indiquera le temps restant sur la durée de SLEEP (sommeil). La durée de SLEEP (sommeil) peut également être réglée en appuyant sur le bouton [SLEEP] (11). • Pour désactiver la fonction SLEEP timer (minuterie de sommeil) en mode SLEEP (sommeil), appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur le bouton [SLEEP] (3) jusqu’à atteindre l’option OFF ou appuyez sur le bouton [ON/OFF] (6).

Anschluss und Einstellung der Uhrzeit • Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an eine 230V AC Steckdose an. • Die elektronische Uhr wird eingeschaltet. Im Display blinkt die Anzeige „0:00“ und weist darauf hin, dass die Uhrzeit noch nicht richtig eingestellt ist. • D rücken Sie die Taste [◄ TUNING / HOUR] (4) zum Einstellen der Stunden.

Snooze-inställningar • N är ett larm ljuder, tryck på [SNOOZE]-knappen (3) för att stoppa summern eller radiolarm. Larmet ljuder igen efter 9 minuter. Snooze-funktionen kan upprepas inom 1 timme från den inställda larmtiden. • Under den tid då snooze-funktionen är aktiverad, kommer motsvarande larmindikator att blinka. • F ör att stänga av SNOOZE-funktionen, tryck på [ON/OFF]-knappen (6) en gång. Larmindikatorn slutar blinka och larmet ljuder inte igen tills den inställda tiden nästa dag.

Opmerking: de Sleep Timer-functie kan zonder problemen worden gebruikt in combinatie met een alarm(en). Radiobediening • D ruk eenmaal op de [ON/OFF] (6) knop om de radio in te schakelen. De radio ontvangt een FM-band aangeduidt met de frequentie op het display. Na 3 seconden zal het display teruggaan en de tijd tonen. • S tel het volume in d.m.v. de [VOLUME+/-] knoppen (1/2). • Afstemmen op een zender kan op de volgende 2 manieren: - Handmatig afstemmen: Gebruik de [◄ / ►] knoppen (4/5) tot de gewenste zender is bereikt.
