Safety instructions
Read these instructions carefully before commissioning / using the device and
always keep the instructions in the immediate vicinity of the installation site or on
the device!

Keep all safety notes and instructions for future reference.
The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and / or knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must
not be carried out by children without supervision.
Warning
Children younger than 3 years must be kept away unless they are supervised at all times. Children
3 years of age and younger than 8 years of age shall not turn the appliance on or off unless they
are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the hazards
involved, provided the appliance is placed or installed in its normal position for use. Children 3
years of age and younger than 8 years of age are not allowed to plug the appliance into the wall
outlet, regulate the appliance, clean the appliance, and/or perform user maintenance.
Warning
Do not use the device in small rooms if there are people in them who cannot leave the room
independently and are not under constant supervision.

Do not operate the device in potentially explosive atmospheres.
•
Allow the device to dry after wet cleaning. Do not operate it when wet.
•
Do not operate or handle the device with wet or damp hands.
•
Do not expose the device to direct water jets.
•
Never insert objects or limbs into the device.
•
Do not cover or transport the device during operation.
•
Do not remove any safety signs, stickers or labels from the device. Keep all safety signs,
stickers and labels in a legible condition.
•
Do not sit on the device.
•
The device is not a toy. Keep children and animals away. Only use the device under supervision.
•
Before each use, check the device, its accessories and connection parts for possible damage.
Do not use defective devices or device parts.
•
Make sure that all electrical cables outside the device are protected from damage (e.g. by
animals). Never use the device in case of damage to electrical cables or the mains connection!
•
The power connection must comply with the specifications in the Technical data chapter.
•
Insert the mains plug into a properly fused mains socket.
•
Select power cord extensions considering the device connection power, cord length and
intended use. Roll out extension cords completely. Avoid electrical overload.
•
Before servicing, maintaining or repairing the device, unplug the power cord from the power
