Remove base from monitor

Place the monitor face-down on a soft, non-scratch surface.
Press the tab on the bottom of the monitor to release the base
and remove the base from the monitor. Then expose the
mounting hole by removing the mounting screw on the back of
the monitor.

Attach adapter bracket to monitor
Slide the bracket into position by inserting it into the slot until it clicks
securely into place. Then tighten the mounting screw on the bracket
into the mounting hole on the back of the monitor.

Attach adapter bracket to VESA mount
Use the four included 8mm VESA screws to attach the adapter bracket to
the VESA mount. Warning: Do not use the standard 12mm VESA screws
that came with your VESA mount, as they may scratch the back of your
monitor. NOTE: You should have a friend hold the monitor while you attach it
to the VESA mount.
