Electric Knife Sharpener Use instructions
This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases or burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every pe-
ople without experience or technical ability to use
the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.
Use advice
Never insert the knife tip inside the sharpener, it could cause dama-
ges to the knife and the appliance.
If the product becomes hot while in use, unplug it from the outlet.
The appliance can be used to sharpen only smooth-bladed knives,
do not attempt to sharpen sporting knives, serrated knives, ceramic
knives, electric knives, scissors or any blade that does not properly fit
in the sharpening slot.

Instructions for use
Each stage has two slots, one for either side of the blade.
The first stage is to remove dull from the edge of the blade.
The second stage completes the knife sharpening process by creating a sharp and precise edge.
Place the product on a stable surface and insert the plug in the socket.
Turn on the appliance by using the on/off switch and place the knife in a slot of the first stage. Move the blade
from the base to the tip, never the other way, and press slightly in order to reach the sharpening disc. Pass the
blade through the two sections several times until the desired effect is obtained on both sides of the blade.
Repeat the same operations also in the two slots of the second stage (Fig.B).
Be careful to always keep your fingers away from the blade to avoid injury.
Turn off the appliance after use and disconnect the power plug.
Cleaning
The knife sharpener body can be cleaned with a soft cloth slightly moistened with warm water.
Do not clean the product with thinners and abrasives substances.
Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquid.
To eliminate sharpening waste, open the compartment with magnet and clean the magnet with a damp cloth
(Fig. C).
