The Key Keeper leaves the factory with no preset code please note you will need to set your
own code before use.
FIRST OPENING
- Slide the black button marked CLEAR down.
- Slide the silver button marked OPEN down.
- Now you can open the cover and re move it to set your own code.
TO SET YOUR OWN CODE
- Please choose your code (minimum 3 different numbers).
- Remove the white cover (#14) by removing the single center screw.
- You will see ten small black screws with small arrows facing upwards.
- With the small key provided turn the arrows on the screws from facing upwards to
facing downward for example if your code is 12 3 4 the arrows should be facing
downward all other arrows should face upward.
- Slide the black button marked CLEAR down.
- Replace the white cover
- Please note always use the CLEAR button after trying to open the key keeper.
TEST THE CODE AND TRY TO OPEN THE LOCKET BEFORE CLOSING THE DOOR!
In case of loss of the opening code it is no longer possible to open it!
TO CHECK THE CODE
- Slide the black button marked CLEAR down.
- Type the code in (you can key in your code in any order).
- Slide the silver button marked OPEN down.
- Now you can open the cover and add your keys.
WALL MOUNT KEY SAFE EN MOUNTING METHOD
• Open the compartment door (see instructions above)
• Position the chest on the desired surface using a level to check if the trunk is upright &
mark mounting screw holes on the surface.
• Remove the trunk
• Drill holes / If using a hammer to place the anchors
• Position the chest
• Insert and tighten the screws
• Close the compartment door
