The Tablet Splitter with Storage is manufactured from the finest materials available.
When used correctly it is designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free
service.
NB. Contains sharp parts. This equipment must be used only by a competent
adult.

BEFORE USE

Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives of other sharp instruments
as this may damage the surface of the product.
Check the product for any visible damage If you see any damage or suspect a fault,
do not use your product, but contact your supplier for support.

INTENDED USE

This Tablet Splitter contains a cutting blade and storage compartment. It has been
designed to assist those with limited dexterity or weakness in the hand and arm to
split tablets and is particularly useful for those who have difficulty in swallowing
large or whole tablets.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The Tablet Splitter is simple to use:
Place the Tablet Splitter onto a flat surface.

Open the lid of the Tablet Splitter fully.
•
Place the tablet in the area with the raised surround, directly below the
•
cutting blade, taking care to avoid the blade with your fingers.
Bring the lid of the Tablet Splitter down firmly.

Open the lid fully and remove the split tablet sections or push them into
•
the recessed storage area if you wish to take the tablets at a later time.
NB. For your safety:
Take care to avoid the cutting blade at all times during use.

Do not attempt to close the lid of the Tablet Splitter with your fingers
•
inside the unit.
This equipment is not a toy: Not suitable for people under 18 years of age
•
due to the cutting blade. Do not allow children to use or play with the
Tablet Splitter.
