The volume is controlled by the voice assistant function (71)
Alternatively, you can also control the volume via your smartphone
Tap the multi-function touch sensor (4) on the left or right
earphone twice to start or stop audio playback
Tap and hold the multi-function touch sensor (4) on the right
earphone for around 2 seconds to skip to the next track
