Clean the cooking compartment and the outer surface with a damp sponge (or cloth), pay attention not to
spray any cleaner directly on the oven, applying it on the sponge.
Glass plate can be washed as every-day crockery with non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. Dry them
thoroughly before putting them back in the oven. If some steam appears inside the cooking compartments,
open the door to get it out and wipe the walls with a soft dry cloth.
Cleaning is very important, since it preserves the efficiency and life of the unit.
It is recommended to clean the oven often, taking much care of the inside cooking compartment.
