TROUBLESHOOTING

Router malfunction is resolved in most cases by
restarting the router or restoring it to the factory
settings.
7.1 Restoring the default factory
configuration
1. Turn on the router.
2. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds
using a pointed object.
3. The status LEDs will flash, indicating that the
factory reset has started.
7.2 How to connect via the WPS function
(WiFi Protected Mode)
1. Enable WiFi in the device you want to connect
as client.
2. Press the WPS button on your router to estab-
lish the connection with the client.
7.3 The router does not work after
configuration
• Check that the SIM CARD is inserted correctly.
• Position the router in an area with sufficient
3G/4G signal coverage.
• If the problem persists, contact the service pro-
vider for the SIM CARD used.

7.4 The internet connection indicator is
ON but the WiFi LED is OFF
The received signal is too weak/poor quality.
Try placing the router in an area with better 3G/4G
coverage.
If this is not possible, the received signal can be
increased by connecting an additional external
antenna (not supplied).
7.5 I cannot access the graphical
interface
• Make sure your PC is connected to the router
via the WiFi or LAN network
• Make sure that your PC is configured to au-
tomatically obtain the IP address and active
DNS, DHCP.
• Restart your browser or use a different brows-
er.
• If the problem persists, reset the router to
the factory settings and try connecting to the
graphical interface again.

Care and maintenance

• Use an anti-static cloth to clean the router.
Do not use chemical or abrasive clean-
ers, as they may damage the plastic.
• Use the router in temperatures of between 0 °C
and +45 °C.
• Store the router in temperatures between -20
°C and +70 °C, with humidity from 5% to 95%.
• Do not remove the SIM CARD with the router
switched on as it could be damaged irrepara-
bly.
