OPERATING & BOLT - DOWN INSTRUCTIONS
Your Safe code is: 159 #
Please read these instructions carefully and note
the operational requirements and precautions
before use. Failure to do so may damage the safe
and will invalidate the warranty. It also minimizes
the causes of personal injury.
WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS
1. The safe should be installed on a leveled
location with good ventilation and no humidity.
2. Open the door of the safe fully so it will not
closes by itself to prevent personal injury.
3. Close the safe with both hands to ensure that
your fingers do not get caught between the door
while closing.
4. Be careful during installation not to drop the
safe, it may damage the safe or causes personal
injury.
5. Never let children play around the safe so they
wont injure themselfs.
TO OPEN:
Enter the code (when a key is pressed, there will
be a beep and the LED will flash Yellow) followed
by pressing the "#" key. Green LED will remain on
for 5 seconds. Within 5 seconds, turn the knob
clockwise to open the safe door . SE4 safe: turn
also the handle counterclockwise.
TO CLOSE:
Close the safe door and turn the knob
counterclockwise. SE4 safe: turn also the handle
clockwise.
IMPORTANT:
All SE2/SE3/SE4 safe models initially work with
the safe code noted at the top of this sheet. It is
therefore important to re-program your safe with a
new user code you have personally selected, to
provide maximum security. Please see
instructions that follow:
TO PROGRAM YOUR NEW USER CODE:
Open the door and press the red button inside the
safe, on the door back. Yellow LED will go on.
Enter your new code (3-8 digits) followed by the
"#" key. Yellow LED will go off to indicate the new
code has been accepted and stored.
If the new programming attempt fails, the
Yellow LED will flash with five beeps. You
must attempt your new code again.
NOTE: Once your code is changed, keep it in a
secure place. Your original safe code cannot
be used again to open the safe.
TO OPEN IN EMERGENCY:
Remove the battery cover and the batteries, then
use the override key and turn it clockwise. Now
turn the knob clockwise to open the door.
NOTE: The emergency key should be used in
exceptional case, or you may damage the lock.
TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES:
The yellow light will go on when a key is pressed.
This indicates the batteries are below 5V. Open
the safe door and replace with new batteries.
TO REMOVE BATTERY COVER:
Grasp cover, located below the knob. At finger
recess, slide cover downward, approximately
12mm, then remove cover by pulling it toward you.
NOTE: Please do not place the override key in
your safe.
For security purposes, duplicate override keys
-ARE NOT AVAILABLE-.
Please secure your override keys in a safe
place. If the override keys are lost or damaged,
please contact your local locksmith.
BOLT-DOWN INSTRUCTIONS:
To help provide maximum security, bolt down is
strongly recommended.
1. Select a suitable and convenient location for
your safe. Set the safe in place and use the holes
provided in the bottom or back of the safe to mark
the location of the holes to be drilled in the floor or
wall. It is not recommended to attempt to bolt to
both floor and wall. If bolting to a wall, please
ensure that the safe is resting on a supporting
surface, i.e. floor, table or shelf.
2. Move the safe away and drill holes of the
appropriate diameter and depth for the type of
hardware being used and the mounting surface (2
each — bolts, washers and masonry anchors).
3. Place the safe back over the holes and install
the fasteners as required.

Ihr Tresor-Code lautet: 159#
Lesen Sie bitte diese Anweisungen sorgfältig
durch und merken Sie die Betriebsanforderungen
und die Vorkehrungen vor Gebrauch.
Nichtbeachten kann das Tresor beschädigen und
wird die Garantie ungültig erklären. Es setzt auch
die Ursachen des Personenschadens herab.
WARNEN UND VORKEHRUNGEN
1. Der Tresor sollte auf eine geebnete Position mit
guter Ventilation und keiner Feuchtigkeit
angebracht werden.
2. Öffnen Sie die Tür das Tresor völlig, also wird
es nicht schließt an sich, um Personenschaden zu
verhindern.
3. Schließen Sie das Tresor mit beiden Händen,
um zu garantieren, dass Ihre Finger nicht
zwischen der Tür beim Schließen verfangen
erhalten.
4. Geben Sie acht, dass Sie während der
Installation nicht das Tresor fallenlassen, kann es
das Tresor beschädigen oder verursacht
Personenschaden.
5. Lassen Sie nie Kindspiel um das Tresor, also
verletzen sie sich nicht.
ÖFFNEN:
Geben Sie Ihren Code ein (sobald eine Taste
gedrückt wird, ist ein Piepston zu hören und die
LED-Anzeige leuchtet gelb auf), gefolgt von der #-
Taste. Die LED-Anzeige bleibt 5 Sekunden lang
grün. Um die Tresortür zu öffnen, drehen Sie
innerhalb der nächsten 5 Sekunden den Knopf im
Uhrzeigersinn. SE-4 Tresor: drehen Sie auch den
Handgriff nach links.
SCHLIESSEN:
Schließen Sie die Tresortür und drehen Sie den
Knopf entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn. SE-4 Tresor:
drehen Sie auch den Handgriff nach rechts.
WICHTIG:
Für alle SE2/SE3/SE4 Tresormodelle gilt der oben
auf diesem Anleitungsblatt stehende Tresor-Code.
Es ist daher wichtig, Ihren Tresor mit einem von
Ihnen persönlich ausgewählten Benutzer-Code
neu zu programmieren, um maximale Sicherheit
zu gewährleisten. Entsprechende Anleitung siehe
unten.
PROGRAMMIEREN IHRES NEUEN BENUTZER-
CODES:
Öffnen Sie die Tresortür und drücken Sie den
roten Knopf innen im Tresor auf der Rückwand der
Tür. Die LED-Anzeige leuchtet gelb auf. Geben
Sie jetzt Ihren neuen Code (3-8 Ziffern) ein, gefolgt
von der #-Taste. Die gelbe LED-Anzeige erlischt,
womit der neue Code angenommen und
gespeichert wurde.
Sollte die Neuprogrammierung nicht gelingen,
leuchtet die gelbe LED-Anzeige auf und fünf
Piepstöne sind zu hören. Geben Sie Ihren Code
jetzt noch einmal ein.
ANMERKUNG: Bewahren Sie Ihren neuen Code
an einem sicheren Ort auf. Der ursprünglich
Ihrem Tresor zugeteilte Code hat jetzt keine
Gültigkeit mehr.
ÖFFNEN IN NOTFÄLLEN:
Entfernen Sie die Batterieabdeckung und die
batterien. Drehen Sie den Notöffnungs –Schlüssel
sodann im Uhrzeigersinn. Um die Tür zu öffnen,
drehen Sie danach den Knopf ebenfalls im
Uhrzeigersinn.
ANMERKUNG: Der Notschlüssel sollte im
Sonderfall verwendet werden Sie kann den
Verschluss beschädigen.
AUSWECHSELN DER BATTERIEN:
Wenn bei jedem Drücken einer Taste die gelbe
Anzeige aufleuchtet, bedeutet dies, dass die
Batterien weniger als 5V Spannung aufweisen.
Öffnen Sie die Tresortür und ersetzen Sie die
Batterien.
ENTFERNEN DER BATTERIEABDECKUNG:
Halten Sie die Abdeckung (unterhalb des Knopfes)
mit dem Finger in der dafür vorgesehenen
Aussparung fest und schieben Sie sie etwa 12 mm
weit nach unten. Die Abdeckung lässt sich sodann
entfernen, indem Sie sie zu sich hin ziehen.
ANMERKUNG: Legen Sie bitte nie Ihren
Notöffnungs-Schlüssel in den Tresor.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit gibt es für Ihre Notöffnungs
-Schlüssel KEINE Ersatzschlüssel.
Bitte bewahren Sie Ihre Notöffnungs-Schlüssel
an einem sicheren Ort auf. Sollten die
Notöffnungs-Schlüssel verloren gehen oder
