How to set a meal plan
Interface Description Meal Interface
Set to current time
1. Under the main interface,
press and hold ( ) key for
3 seconds to set the display
time.
2. Press the key ( )( ) to
increase or decrease the
value. Press ( ) to switch
between hour and minute
setting.
3. Press the ( ) key to
complete and save the
setting.
Manual feeding
Press and hold ( ) for two
seconds to manual feed
one portion (20g).
Meal setting
Notice before use: (-01-), (-02-), (-03-), (-04-) stands for meaIs (Each day 4 meals Max)
Portion: (P-01), (P-02) to (P-06) refers to portions served (Each meal Max 6 portions)
1. Under the main interface,
press ( ) to start meal
setting. There is a maximum
of 4 meals.

2. Press the ( ) again to
set the meal time. (start with
hour setting), press and hold
the ( )( ) to quickly adjust
the time.
3. Press the ( ) again to
set the minutes. Press and
hold the ( )( ) to quickly
adjust the time.
4. Press ( ) once more to
set the meal portions. Press
and hold the ( )( ) to
adjust the desired number
of portions.
5. If no further meal needs
to be set, press ( ) to save
the meal plan. If you need
more meals to be set, press
( ) to continue.
6. After completing the meal
setting, press ( ) to save.
It wil show (----) promptly
before returning to the main
interface.
Q&A trouble shooting
No operation,the screen will turn off automatically after 2 minutes.Click (+) to remove the alarm.
Q: Why, with a programmed meal, does the feeder not dispense any food?
A: Please check the following:
1. Check if some pet food or other object got stuck in the food container.
2. Check if the power adapter is connected, low-battery level or there is a power outage.
3. Please be sure to fill ONLY with dry food: kibble size should range from 2-10mm in diameter.
Q:If the power cord is severed, will it cause electrocution?
A:We use a 5V safety voltage > 100% safe for pets!
Q:Why food volume for each portion is not the same?
A:The first few portions may vary. After about 6 feedings it should be more even.
