7.1. Connection process (rear)

Connecting the Lifesmart TV to a television/monitor with
HDMI socket
 The best way to connect your Lifesmart TV to a television or monitor is
to use the HDMI cable supplied with the product. An HDMI connection is
ideal because video and audio signals are transmitted and output on your
television or monitor. The right image format is also automatically worked
out and configured, provided that the format setting on the HDMI input
on your television or monitor is set to "Auto".
 Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI socket on the Lifesmart TV and to
the corresponding HDMI port on the television/monitor.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE HDMI CONNECTION
If your television does not have Dolby digital decoder or
MPEG decoder, go to the Setup main menu and set the
option [TV Mode Setup] sub-menu [HDMI Audio
Mode] to [PCM Stereo] (see Page 115).
