Note: for safety reasons the mixer will only operate with the
beaters/dough hooks in position.
To eject the beaters/dough hooks, ensure the speed control is on "0"
position. Press the head opening button to lift the head and then press the
eject button.
Instruction for Use
Be sure the speed control is in the "0" position and the appliance is

unplugged from an electrical outlet.

Insert beaters or dough hooks, by placing the stem end of the
beaters/dough hooks into the small/big opening on the bottom of the
mixer. Turn the beater/dough hook slightly and push in until it clicks
into position.

Plug into an appropriate outlet.
4.
Turn the mixer on and adjust speed setting by using the ON/OFF
switch & speed adjustor.
5.
Depending on the model, the unit may be equipped with a turbo
button, which allows you instant access to the full power of your appli-
ance.
When you have finished using it, set the speed control switch to "0"

position. Unplug the appliance.

Press the head opening button to lift the hand mixer. While pressing
the eject button, pull out the beaters/dough hooks.
Note: During operation, the bowl turns automatically. Do not put your
fingers, spatulas etc. into the turning bowl!
Caution:
Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may over-
heat. Do not allow the mixer to operate more than 3 minutes continu-
ously.
Never wash the motor housing in water.
Be sure the control knob is turned to position "0" and cord is removed
from electrical outlet before taking out the attachments from the hou-
sing.
