Spot addressing

The welding spots of a car body are continuously numbered. Therefore are the
binary coded decimal between 1 and 65535 used. The selection of the welding
spots from the robot control will be done with this spot number. This spot number
has to be linked via an assignment with a parameter set (program number 0 to
255), which will be used for the welding task.
Notice for operating:
Before operating with the welding control, via the user interface has to be
inserted a spot number in the menu item „Spot Reference" in the field "Spot
name".
 Left-justified has to be inserted up to 5 digits.
Text- and space characters are not allowed.
 Value range of the spot number: 256 to 65535
(16 Bit selection: 0x0100 to 0xFFFF )
 Value range of the program number: 0 to 255
Finally the spot table has to be transmitted to the timer in the menu item functions
spot table -> WT.
The selection of a welding spot from the robot control has to be done with this
spot number.
Spot numbers less than 256 are not allowed. If a selection less than 256 in
connection with the start signal is set, then will this number be interpreted as
welding spot number. The control will then directly start the concerned welding
program.

Stepper

Upgrading with the function extended electrode life. The corresponding parameter
"extended electrode life" defines how much counts after reaching of end of
stepper can be welded, before the Control changes in control stop.

Output „Without KSR without monitoring"
The output „Without KSR without monitoring" is "0" if:
 The both global parameters "Inhibit Monitoring Mode Active" and "Inhibit
regulation" = "OFF" and
 additional for all programs which have the program specific parameter "Start
inhibit" = "OFF" and "Weld" = "ON" is valid:
"Current monitoring" = "ON"
and
"Regulation mode" = "KSR" in mix mode for all three weld times.
In all other cases the output „Without KSR without monitoring" is "1".
So the output is independent from the spot selection.
7.1.7
Output „Low Current - series of welds"
The output will be set in both fault situations "low current" and "low current series
of welds".
7.1.8
Output „Termination of weld"
The output will not only be set, if in a welding process was no current, but also on
each fault messages, which break a welding process.
