Status information

‹ Click the "Status" button on the home page.
In the menu on the left-hand side you can display information in
various sub-menus on, for example, Internet status, device status or
active DHCP clients. A package counter is available under the menu
item "Statistics".

Before sending the device to after-sales service, use the following
table to check whether you can remedy the problem yourself.

address matches the
address range of your
network.
Make sure that the sub-
net mask matches the
address range of your
network.
Deactivate the firewall
for the duration of the
configuration.
