Soldering the conversion PCB

NOTE: Observe the recommendations given in the chapter

RECOMMENDATION: During soldering work you will reduce the risk of a
short-circuit if you wind some adhesive tape round the batteries.
Solder step by step all required connections between the vehicle and

the conversion PCB as well as between the ultrasonic capsule and the
conversion PCB.
TIP
To minimise the risk of a short-circuit: wherever throughplatings
(these are bores that can be soldered from both sides) offer such
opportunity on the conversion PCB, pass the tinned tips of the cables
through the bores and apply the soldering points onto the other side
of the conversion PCB. Throughplatings are provided to connect the
charging socket, the switch, the ultrasonic capsule and the recharge-
able batteries.
After soldering, remove the excess piece of cable that might protrude
