Read through the following operating instructions thoroughly before connecting or commissioning the
device. They show you not only the correct operating procedure but help you at the same time to exploit
all technical possibilities of the system.
Please note the following information relevant to the Conrad GSM-remote control
unit of the "GX ..." series.
Due to the large number of SIM cards available on the market and the various providers
sometimes, although you have correctly set your SIM PIN and given the configuration cor-
rectly, you may still get the message "PIN code wrong! Wait for data." in the status window.
If this happens, please use another card from another provider, make the necessary
changes in the configuration according to the operating instructions, and test the module
once again.
In general: if your provider or the GSM network does not always have the feature "send
fax and/or e mails" these services are not available even if the configuration setting is
activated.
