Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed
to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
Supervise closely when the unit is used near children. Do not allow
children to use the unit.
This machine is designed for sharpening circular saw blades with a
diameter of 125 to 600 mm and with a centring hole of 35 mm.
The circular saw blade sharpener can be used with all drilling machines
that are equipped with a 43 mm spindle neck.
Only use accessories for this machine recommended by Westfalia.
When working, always wear protection goggles. Wear suitable clothes.
Take off jewellery and tie long hair.
Protect your ears. Wear ear protectors.
Keep your hands clear of the saw blade and the grinding
wheel.
Do not operate the machine without the safety hood and make sure that all
parts are firmly assembled before starting the machine.
Always clamp the machine down securely.
Do not operate the machine if it does not work correctly or has been
dropped. Do not disassemble the machine and do not try to repair it
yourself. Contact your customer support.
Observe the safety notes of the drilling machine manufacturer.
