Steam Burst
Use the steam burst function to iron clothing that cannot be easily ironed.
1. Plug in the power plug and turn the temperature control dial (9) to MAX. Wait
until the indicator light (8) turns off.
2. Put the clothes on a hanger and hold the sole about 20 – 30 cm away from
the surface.
3. Push the steam burst button (4) and a burst of steam will shoot forward from
the steam vents. The steam will straighten wrinkles and restore the item of
clothing. If necessary, gently use a soft brush with natural bristles to help the
process.
Water Sprayer
On heavily wrinkled clothes and heavy fabrics it may be necessary to use the
water sprayer.
1. Use the water spraying button (5) to spray water on the fabric from the spray
nozzle (1).
2. You may have to pump several times before a sufficient amount of water
comes out. Always make sure that there is enough water in the water tank.
Dry Ironing
The iron can be used without water for dry ironing. Only use the iron with an
empty water tank for dry ironing. Set the steam control lever (3) to the left
position.
Cleaning and Storing
After use pull the power plug and drain remaining water from the iron by
turning it upside down.
After that, plug in and let the iron sit on its heel with the temperature control
dial (9) in the MAX position for a few minutes to evaporate remaining water
from the steam system.
Wipe the iron with a lightly moistened cloth. Do not use aggressive chemicals
or abrasives to avoid damaging the surfaces.
Let the iron cool down completely before storing.
