alarm signal will sound again. This repeats four times in
total. Press the up key (9) to switch off the alarm
function. If you press any other key, the snooze function
remains active. An active snooze function is indicated
by the blinking SNZ icon (11) on the display.

Disable the Alarm Function

To deactivate the alarm function, please proceed as
follows:
1. Press the mode key (5) twice.
2. Press the set key (6) five times.
The display shows "-:--".
3. Press the mode key (5) three times.
Now the alarm function is deactivated. The ALARM icon (12)
is removed from the display.

Birthday Reminder Setup

1. In time mode press the mode key (5) three times.
2. Press the set key (6) to set up the date and time you
want to be reminded of a birthday (or of any other
important appointment).
3. Proceed with setting up the time and date in the same
manner as described in chapter Time Setup.
At the set up date/time the clock plays a melody as a
reminder for 5 minutes. Press any key to stop playing
back the melody.
