1. Select a place and mark the position of saddle and handlebars on
the ceiling. Observe the right distance to the ceiling. On a wooden
ceiling, find a ceiling joist for firm attachment.
2. Mark the positions of the mounting screws on the ceiling and attach
the lift assemblies with woodscrews on a ceiling joist or screws and
rawplugs in a concrete ceiling.
3. Lead the rope over the pulleys and through the emergency clamp as
shown in the pictures. The emergency clamp must be at the pulling
end of the rope, so it can clamp the rope into place if it slips from
your hands while lifting or lowering the bike.
4. Finally, mount the wall clamp for the rope in a suitable location.
5. To lift your bike, hook the hook assembly pulleys into saddle and
handlebars and lift the bike to the desired height. Attach the rope to
the wall clamp. The maximum load is 20 kg.
