Switching ON
1. Open the transparent lid and turn the program selection switch (7) either
clockwise or counter clockwise until the arrow (3) points to the desired time
and duration of watering (see program selection).
2. Flap down the transparent lid. The unit will start watering at the time selected.
3. For continuous watering, turn the switch until the arrow points to the red field
ON.
Zone A and B
The watering frequency (how often watering shall be turned on) applies for
both zones.
The program selection (at which time and how long water shall be turned on)
can be adjusted for each zone separately.
Before operating the unit unattended, regularly check the hose connections,
the water amount and the adjusted time for at least one week, to avoid
excessive watering or large water spots.
Switching OFF
1. Turn the program selection switch (7) to the position OFF.
2. If you do not use the unit for long time, remove the batteries.
Changing the Batteries
1. If the battery icon (2) appears on the display, immediately replace the
batteries with new one of the same type and dimensions.
2. Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do not attempt to
recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
3. Do not mix rechargeable batteries and non-rechargeable batteries and use
only batteries of the same type.
Cleaning and Storing
Do not clean the housing with aggressive cleaners or water jet.
Store the unit in a frost-free place after draining all water and removing the
batteries.
