Troubleshooting while Vacuum-Sealing

 During bag vacuum-sealing, small amounts of liquids, crumbs or food
particles can be accidentally sucked into the air intake.
 To prevent blocking the air intake, dry excessive moisture from the food
using a paper towel and if necessary, place a folded paper towel inside the
top of the bag, below the sealing seam.
 For storing powdery or fine-grained foods preferably use a canister instead
of a bag. Do not overfill; always allow a margin of approx. 3 cm to the rim of
the canister.
 If liquids etc. are sucked into the air intake by mistake, first thoroughly
clean the surface around the air intake (16) and the polyfoam pad (15)
before re-starting the process or vacuum-sealing a new bag.
If the unit does not reach the required vacuum level for some reason, it will
shut off automatically after 30 seconds.

Storing

 Wrap the power cord around the cord storage
(19) and store the unit indoors in a dry place
that is protected from dust and dirt.
 Store the unit out of reach of children.
