Bulk Filling

1. Remove the container tube (9) from the head of the gun.
2. Draw back the plunger handle (7) entirely.
3. Fill bulk grease into the empty container tube.
4. Reassemble the container tube to the head of the gun.
5. Press the catch plate (8) and release the plunger rod.
6. Keep pressing the catch plate (8) and push down the plunger handle (7) as far
as possible.
Cartridge Loading

Operating

1. Connect the compressed air generator with the air quick coupling adaptor (6)
of the grease gun.
2. Power up the compressed air generator. The recommended working air
pressure is 6 bar (90 psi).
3. Press the trigger (3) repeatedly in short strokes. The grease will automatically
escape through the nozzle of the bend spout (1) in a pulsating flow.
4. Release the trigger. Escaping of the grease stops immediately.
5. After use or before filling it with grease, disconnect the grease gun from the air
supply. After use shortly press the valve button (2) at the head of the grease
gun to let any excess air escape from the air housing.
Note: Some mechanical systems may only require a small amount of grease
while others require much more. Too much grease or under-lubrication can
lead to damage.
