Recipes
Settings: 5. Vollkorn (Whole Wheat Bread), Loaf Size: 1000 g, Crust: Hell

Sandwich Bread
260 ml water
1 egg
½ small measuring spoon salt
2½ large measuring spoons white sugar
2 large measuring spoons vegetable oil
3½ measuring cups bread flour
2 large measuring spoons dried low-fat milk
2 small measuring spoons flour improver
1¼ small measuring spoons dried yeast
Settings: 6. Toast (Toast Bread), Loaf Size: 1000 g, Crust: Hell or Dunkel
Marmalade
500 g fruits
165 g preserving sugar
1 small measuring spoon lemon juice
Clean the fruits thoroughly, peel it (e. g. peaches), remove stones (e. g.
cherries), and mix in a mixer. Pour the mix into the baking pan, add the
other ingredients and start die programme. Sterilize the jars for approx. 20
minutes in the oven at 150° C and pour the warm marmalade into the jars.
Finally put the lids on the jars and turn them upside down.

150 ml water
200 g yogurt
2½ large measuring spoons white sugar
2/3 small measuring spoons salt
2 large measuring spoons vegetable oil
3¾ measuring cups bread flour
2 small measuring spoons flour improver
