Problem
The water does not taste good.
The warm water does not reach the
specified temperature.
Electrical dissipation and induced
electricity of the machine body.
The machine does not heat up.
The device does not cool the water.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a technician from the
manufacturer, the maintenance department or a similar department in order
to avoid a hazard. Avoid crushing, kinking, knotting or damaging the power
cord.
• The power cord must be installed by professionals. If you disassemble parts of
the device yourself, the device may be damaged or cause an electric shock. If
you move and handle the device yourself, this can lead to improper operation
and damage to the device.
• Drain-out remaining water: Press and hold both the "Reset" and "Wash" for 3
seconds, the display will display "00" and the remaining water is being drunk.
• Caution: remaining water may leak from the machine when moving the

Solution
1. Check whether parts of the machine
have been dismantled without
permission.
2. Check whether the parts are screwed
tightly at the seepage point, whether
the teeth are offset or whether they are
sliding.
3. Check whether the silicone sealing ring
at the leaking point is aged or damaged.
