Entering Chinese Characters (only with Chinese version of the MOBIC)
It is only possible to enter Chinese characters in programs that allow this.
To enter Chinese characters, for example in WordPad, follow the steps outlined below:
Entering Chinese Characters
1. Start WordPad.
The selection list for Chinese characters is appears automatically.
2. Display the default keyboard, for example with the F5 key or the keyboard icon.
3. Enter the Chinese term using the Pinyin system, for example "zhang"
4. The term is converted to the Chinese character when you press the Enter key or spacebar.
The most common character with this syllable is displayed. The character is then underscored with a broken line.
5. With the "Arrow left" key, you can display the characters with the same pronunciation.
You can then select the required character. Either click on the character
or enter its number.
Turning Chinese Character Input on/off
You can toggle the entry of Chinese characters on and off by clicking on the left button of the selection list.
