Inserting/replacing the Batteries
1. Take out the battery compartment from the
rubber stap.
2. Open the battery compartment and insert two
button cells as shown in the picture into the
compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment lid by pressing
down until you year a click sound.
4. Slide the battery switch to the position ON and fasten the battery
compartment again with the rubber strap.
Using the LED
1. Press the ON/OFF switch at the bottom side of the peak in order to
switch on the LEDs.
2. Press the switch once more in order to turn off the light.
Cleaning and Storing
▪ For cleaning the bump cap first open the hook and loop fastener and
remove the harness from the shell. Wash the cap in warm soapy water.
Clean the shell with a lightly moistened cloth and allow both parts to air
dry. Reassemble the bump cap.
▪ The shelf life of the bump caps is affected by many factors such as
extreme cold and heat, chemicals, extreme sunlight and misuse. When
handling the bump cap with care it will offer adequate protection for an
almost indefinite time.
▪ Store the bump cap in dry and dust-free environment. Do not expose
the bump cap to direct sunlight.
Batteries do not belong in household
garbage.
