Comb the hair through carefully to remove any knots. Use the device
for cutting dry or slightly moistened hair only.
Have the person sit on a chair so that his head is on the same level
with your eyes. Hold the unit lightly in your hand so that you can al-
ways cut accurately.
This procedure requires some practice and we recommend leaving the
hair a bit longer when cutting for the first time.
Changing the Cutting Attachment
1. To remove the cutting attachment (5, 6, 7, 10 or
12) first press it with the thumb towards rear, as
shown in the figure.
2. To attach the cutting attachment, first place it
slightly bevelled on the hair trimmer and push it
down until it fits probably. The cutting attachment
has to lie completely flush on the hair trimmer!
