1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das DM-030 ist ein dynamisches Mikrofon zur
Instrumentenabnahme und besonders für die
Verstärkung von Mundharmonikas geeignet. Es
hat ein robustes Metallgehäuse, eine rückkopp-
lungsarme, gummigelagerte Kapsel und einen
integrierten Poppschutz. Durch die kurze, ergo-
nomische Bauform kann es für den typischen
Bluesharp-Sound leicht zusammen mit der
Mundharmonika in einer Hand gehalten werden.
2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht allen relevanten Richtli-
nien der EU und ist deshalb mit
zeichnet.

Setzen Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innenbereich
ein. Schützen Sie es vor Feuchtigkeit und
Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich
0 – 40 °C).

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trocke-
nes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Chemika-
lien oder Wasser.

1 Applications
The DM-030 is a dynamic microphone designed
for picking up the sound of instruments and is
ideally suited for amplification of harmonicas. It
features a rugged metal body, a cartridge with
rubber suspension and low acoustic feedback
and an integrated pop shield. Due to its short, er-
gonomic design, you will be able to hold the mi-
crophone and the harmonica in one hand for the
typical blues harp sound.
2 Important Notes
The microphone corresponds to all relevant direc-
tives of the EU and is therefore marked with

Protect it against humidity and heat (admissi-
ble ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).

use water or chemicals.

rende Sach- oder Personenschäden und
keine Garantie für das Mikrofon übernommen

Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben
Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsor-
gung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Das Mikrofon über das beiliegende Anschluss-
kabel an den Eingang eines Instrumentenver-
stärkers anschließen. Für den Anschluss an
den hochohmigen Eingang eines Röhrenver-
stärkers ist das Zwischenschalten eines Impe-
danzwandlers zu empfehlen.

Eingang z. B. eines Mischpultes betrieben wer-
den, ein symmetrisch beschaltetes Kabel mit
XLR-Anschlüssen (z. B. aus der MEC-Serie
von „img Stage Line") verwenden.
2) Das Mikrofon beim Spielen in die Hand neh-
men und auf die hinteren Schallaustrittsöff-
nungen der Mundharmonika richten.
3) Zur Vermeidung von Rückkopplungspfeifen
darauf achten, dass das Mikrofon nicht zu nah

3 Operation
1) Connect the microphone to the input of an in-
strument amplifier via the connection cable
provided. When connecting it to the high-im-
pedance input of a tube amplifier, it is recom-
mended to insert an impedance converter.
For operating the microphone at a bal-
anced input, e. g. of a mixer, use a balanced
cable with XLR connections (e. g. from the
MEC series of "img Stage Line").

2) When playing, hold the microphone in your
hand and direct it towards the rear slots of the
harmonica where the sound is emitted.
3) To avoid feedback, do not hold the micro-
phone too close to the speaker, do not direct
it towards the speaker and do not adjust a
very high volume. If required, reduce the input
gain on the amplifier or mixer.

