Erstinbetriebnahme
Diese Anleitung soll die Erstinbetriebnahme erleichtern und
Aufschluss über die wichtigsten
Induktionsheizsystem BOX-3500/5000/8000 geben.
Das Heizsystem wird gemäss nebenstehendem Blockschaltbild
verdrahtet und über Leistungsschutzschalter ans Stromnetz
angeschlossen. Das Gerät ist gegen ein automatisches
Wiedereinschalten nach Netzausfall gesichert. Darum kann das
System nach der Freigabe der Netzspannung nur fehlerfrei
aufstarten, wenn der Bedienknebel in der Aus – Position
(Nullstellung) ist.
In der Nullstellung bleibt die 7-Segment Anzeige dunkel. Mit einer ersten Rechtsdrehung wird der
Topferkennungsmode eingeschaltet. Wird ein induktionsfähiger Topf (ø >10cm) auf das Induktionsfeld
gestellt, wird automatisch das Induktionsfeld aktiviert. Je nach Knebelstellung befindet sich das Gerät im
Warmhaltemodus (untere Knebelposition) oder im Leistungsmodus (mittlerer oder oberer Knebelposition).

Setup
This manual supports the installation and the first use with all
necessary information concerning connecting, putting in operation
and failures.
The induction heating system will be connected as described in the
picture connection diagram. The unit is protected against automatic
restart after a shut down. The system can only be switched on if
the user control knob is in zero position.
In off state the display remains dark. If the user control knob is
turned clock wise, the display will show the actual state and the unit
will start with pan detection. If a pan (ø >10cm) is placed on top of
the cooking zone the system start to heat up. The heat will be
accordantly to the power level, selected by the user control knob.
Depending on the knob position and configuration the unit can work in keep warm mode (lower knob position)
or in the power mode (middle or upper knob position).

Bemerkungen
Die Installation des Induktionsheizsystem muss den gegebenen Vorschriften erfolgen.
Als Kochgeschirr dürfen nur induktionstaugliche Töpfe verwendet werden.
Das System verfügt über eine Leerkochschutzfunktion. Die dabei auftretende maximale Pfannentemperatur
kann jedoch im Topf bleibende Verfärbungen und Verformungen hinterlassen.
2 Das Gerät ist nach den Anforderungen gemäss der EMV- und Niederspannungsrichtlinie aufgebaut und ist
CE-konform. Die entsprechende Konformitätserklärung kann auf Nachfrage abgegeben werden.
Topfmaterial und Topfgrösse kann die maximale Abgabeleistung reduzieren.

Remarks
The installation is to follow the local rules.
Only induction suitable pans can be used.
The system has an empty pan cooking protection. In case of cooking with empty pans still high temperature
can be reached. Might be that pans can become irreversible colors and deformation.
The system is designed to full fill the CE regulations concerning electromagnetics and safty. On request there

is a CE - Conformation available.
Using small or special type of pans might be that the nominal heating power cannot be reached.
