ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
KIT AERANTA
Dispositivo studiato per bloccare l'anta in posi-
zione di semiapertura garantendo caratteristi-
che di sicurezza e permettendo un costante ri-
cambio d'aria nell'ambiente.
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO:
1) Definire la posizione di massima per l'instal-
lazione del KIT AERANTA.
2) Eseguire i fori mm 2,7 sull'Astina (vedere
fig. C).
3) Applicare il CORPO AERANTA sull'astina
(fig. B) interponendo l'eventuale spessore (ve-
di TAB. A) e fissarlo con le relative viti a testa
svasata piana (vedi TAB. A).
4) Accostare l'anta con la maniglia in posizione
di chiusura e tracciare sul telaio (fig. B) il riferi-
mento corrispondente alla parte superiore del
POSIZIONATORE elastico in materiale plasti-
co nero del CORPO AERANTA.
5) Aggiungere al riferimento indicato sopra 3,5
mm, ottenendo così il riferimento centrale che
corrisponde all'asse della vite di fissaggio infe-
riore dell'incontro (fig. B).
6) Eseguire i fori 2,7 mm sul Telaio (fig. A).
7) Se necessario (vedi TAB. A) asportare la
battuta del profilo dalla mezzeria dell'incontro
verso il basso per una lunghezza di mm 70 (fig.
A e fig. D).
8) Montare l'incontro sul Telaio fissandolo con
le viti TSP 3,5 x 13 mm come indicato in figura
B.
N.B. Quando il montaggio dell'incontro preve-
de la sovrapposizione con la guarnizione é ne-
cessario tagliarla asportandone un tratto pari
alla lunghezza dell'incontro stesso (mm.90).
MODALITA' DI FUNZIONAMENTO
1) Inserimento dell'aeranta
1.1) Da anta chiusa si ruota la cremonese per
sbloccare il serramento e lo si apre (anta aper-
ta)
1.2) Si accosta l'anta del serramento al contro-
telaio e, quando si avverte che l'ELEMENTO
POSIZIONATORE del CORPO AERANTA è a
contatto con l'incontro si ruota la cremonese in
posizone di chiusura (posizione aeranta)
2) Disinserimento dell'aeranta
2.1) Da posizione di AERANTA si ruota la cre-
monese in posizione di apertura (anta aperta)
2.2) Si porta il serramento a battuta e si ruota la
cremonese in posizione di chiusura (anta chiu-
sa)

AERANTA KIT
A well–researched device for blocking the win-
dow in the semi–open position, guaranteeing
safety and allowing a constant flow of air into
the room
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Determine the best position for the installa-
tion of the AERANTA KIT.
2) Drill holes with diameter 2,7 mm on the Rod
(see fig. B).
3) Attach the AERANTA BODY to the rod, se-
curing it with 3,5 x 6,5 mm screws with flat
countersunk heads (see fig. C).
4) Position the window with the handle in the
closed position and trace on the frame (fig. B)
the reference point corresponding to the upper
part of the AERANTA BODY'S flexible POSI-
TIONER in black plastic material.
5) Add 3,5 mm to the reference point indicated
above to obtain the central reference point
which corresponds to the axis of the lower fi-
xing screw of the striker plate (see fig. A)
6) Drill 2,7 mm holes in the frame (fig. A).
7) If required (see TAB.A), cut off 70 mm of the
rabbet of the profile from the midpoint of the ke-
ep towards the bottom (fig.A and fig.D).
8) Assemble the striker plate to the Frame, se-
curing it with 3,5 x 13 mm TSP screws as indi-
cated in (fig. B)
N.B. When the keep overlaps the seal, a part
equal in length to the keep must be cut off 90
mm.
FUNCTIONING MODE
1) Enganging of the Aeranta
1.1) When the window is closed, turn the cre-
mone bolt to open the window and then open it
(window open).
1.2) Move the window against the window fra-
me and, when the POSITIONER ELEMENT of
the AERANTA body comes into contact with
the striker plate, turn the cremone bolt to the
closed position (AERANTA engaged position).
2) Disenganging of the AERANTA
2.1) From the enganged AERANTA position,
turn the cremone bolt to the open position (win-
dow open) .
2.2) Close the window and turn the cremone
bolt to the closed position (window closed).
