1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das dynamische Mikrofon DM-065USB im Retro-
Design eignet sich optimal für Spracheingabe oder
Tonaufnahmen am Computer. Es wird mit dem bei-
liegenden 3-m-USB-Kabel direkt an einen Computer
mit USB-Schnittstelle angeschlossen und ist durch
die Verwendung betriebssys tem eigener Standard-
treiber für Audiogeräte sofort einsatzbereit.
Zur Be festigung an das beiliegende Stativ besitzt
das Mikrofon einen festmontierten Halter mit Ge lenk

und 15,9-mm-Gewinde ( ⁄ ").

2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht allen erforderlichen Richtli-
nien der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.

Setzen Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innenbereich ein.
Schützen Sie es vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze (zu-
lässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Chemikalien oder
Wasser.

prior to operating the unit and keep them for later
reference.
1 Applications
This dynamic microphone DM-065USB in retro style
is ideally suited for speech input or audio recordings
at the computer. It is directly connected to a com-
puter with USB interface with the supplied 3 m USB
cable and is immediately ready for operation due to
the use of standard drivers of the operating system
which are provided for audio units.
For fixing it to the supplied stand the microphone
is equipped with a jointed support mounted rigidly

which has a 15,9 mm ( ⁄ ") thread.

2 Important Notes
The microphone corresponds to all required direc-
tives of the EU and is therefore marked with

Protect it against humidity and heat (admissible
ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).

chemicals or water.

3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Das Mikrofonstativ zusammenbauen: Das Stativ-
rohr auf den Standfuß schrauben.
2) Das Mikrofon über seinen Halter auf das Stativ
schrauben. Die Feststellschraube am Gelenk des
Halters lösen, das Mikrofon optimal ausrichten
und die Schraube wieder anziehen.
3) Den Computer hochfahren.
4) Den Mini-USB-Stecker des beiliegenden Kabels
in die Mini-USB-Buchse am Mikrofonhalter ste-
cken und das andere Ende des Kabels mit einem
USB-Anschluss am Computer verbinden.
Das Mikrofon wird daraufhin vom Betriebs -
system als USB-Audiogerät erkannt. Die erfor-
derlichen Treiber werden automatisch installiert.
(Gegebenenfalls vom Betriebssystem geforderte
Treiber über die Betriebssystem-Original-CD
oder das Internet nachinstallieren, wenn sie nicht
auf dem Computer vorhanden sind, und den
Computer neu starten.)
5) In den Toneinstellungen des Betriebssystems
sicherstellen, dass das USB-Audiogerät als Ein -
gabegerät für die Tonaufnahme angewählt ist.

3 Operation
1) Assemble the microphone stand: Screw the
stand tube onto the base.
2) Screw the microphone via its support onto the
stand. Release the locking screw on the joint of
the support, adjust the microphone in an optimum
way, and retighten the screw.
3) Boot up the computer.
4) Connect the miniature USB plug of the supplied
cable to the miniature USB jack at the micro-
phone support and the other end of the cable to
a USB connection on the computer.

Then the microphone is recognized by the op-
erating system as a USB audio device. The re-
quired drivers are automatically installed. (If re-
quired, install the drivers required by the operat-
ing system via the original CD of the operating
system or the Internet if they are not available on
the computer, and restart the computer.)
5) Make sure that the USB audio device has been
selected as the input device for sound recordings
in the audio adjustments of the operating system.

7) Zum Einschalten des Mikrofons den Schiebe-
schalter von der Position „OFF" (Mikrofon aus)
nach oben schieben.

6) Call the audio software used and make the ad-
justments for the microphone recording there
( operating instructions of the audio software).
7) To switch on the microphone, set the sliding
switch upwards from position "OFF" (microphone
off).
