The most compact (and stylish!) in-car charger in the
world, motormonkey packs the power to keep your device
connected and your music motoring on even the longest
car journey.
motormonkey's inbuilt charging intelligence means you can
leave it permanently in your car's cigarette lighter socket
(and even close the flap to keep things really neat) without
fear of draining your car battery. motormonkey wakes up
when you plug in your game devices, iPod or mobile and
auto-shuts when your device is fully charged.
How to use motormonkey:
• Remove cover from your car's cigarette lighter
• Plug motormonkey's rounded end (1) into lighter socket
• Use the USB retractable cable provided
• Select the correct tip for your device
• Connect tip and USB cable to your device
• Connect USB retractable cable to motormonkey (2)
• Red LED light (3) is on when your device is charging
• LED light will be off when device is fully charged
You can leave motormonkey, USB cable and tip connected to the lighter socket in
your car and it will not drain power from your car battery.

powerchimp is the lightweight portable charger that fits in
your pocket to power up your devices day to day.
Supplied with two rechargeable AA batteries, powerchimp
puts up to 48 hours of instant power at your fingertips,
ready when you need it most.
How to use your powerchimp:

To charge your mobile phone, iPod, and
portable game devices on the move:
• To switch your powerchimp on, press
the black button (2) once until LED (3) flashes green
• Select the correct tip for your device.

• Attach tip to charging cable (4)
• Connect charging cable to your device through its standard charging socket
• Undo soft cover from top of powerchimp input socket (5) and connect cable
• LED green flashing light indicates charging
• powerchimp turns itself off 2 minutes after device is fully charged
• LED red flashing light means powerchimp needs charging
• Permanent On Feature – for low power devices (ie Bluetooth headsets).
Switch powerchimp on, hold button for 3 seconds. When activated the LED
becomes solid green. Select correct tip and attach to device
Recharge your rechargeable batteries:
• Charge by connecting powerchimp to the USB port of your computer/laptop
• Place two AA rechargeable batteries in the powerchimp as directed. As a
safety precaution, always use identical AA rechargeable batteries from a
leading brand with the same capacity
• Solid red LED light indicates charging, if the light is flashing red it is not charging
• LED light will turn green when fully charged
Flashlight: To activate, press black button (2) twice and third time to switch it off.

Recharge your powerchimp:
• Flashing red light means unit needs recharging
• Recharge your powerchimp from the USB port on your laptop or other USB
port in under 5 hours
• Plug tip of retractable USB charging cable into USB port of your laptop or
other USB socket
• Plug other tip into powerchimp input socket
• LED is red when charging; LED turns green when fully charged
• May also be charged via mains and solar power (not included)
Use powerchimp to power up these devices:
• DS Lite/DSi – approx. 3 hours
• PSPs - approx. 2.5 hours
• iPod - approx. 20 hours; 4 hours if watching video
• AA rechargeable batteries – charge in approx. 4-5 hours
• Mobile phones - approx. 48 hours standby time and 4 hours talk time
• PDAs - approx. 24 hours
• MP3/MP4s - approx. 3 hours
