DESCRIZIONE - RX
Il Radio Mobile è un sistema di comunicazione wireless per la gestione in sicurezza
di uno o più bordi sensibili (resistivi e non). Radio Mobile è composto da un ricevitore da
installare sulla parte fissa e da uno o più trasmettitori da installare sulla parte mobile e/o fissa
delle automazioni. Il sistema è di facile installazione ed evita laboriosi cablaggi. La distanza
massima consentita tra il trasmettitore ed il ricevitore è di 20 mt.
DESTINAZIONE D'USO - RX
Il Radio Mobile è stato costruito per essere installato su automazioni per cancelli scorrevoli o a
battente, portoni, portoni sezionali, porte motorizzate, basculanti e serrande.
USO NON PREVISTO - RX
Questo dispositivo non deve essere utilizzato in applicazioni diverse da quelle sopracitate.
- Non applicare tensioni diverse da quelle indicate (ricevitore).
- Non utilizzare batterie diverse da quelle indicate (tramettitore).
Il fabbricante non può considerarsi responsabile di eventuali danni causati dall'uso improprio,
errato o irragionevole del prodotto.
MANUTENZIONE - RX
Il sistema non necessita di manutenzioni particolari, ma è buona norma verificare
periodicamente (ogni 6 mesi) il funzionamento del sistema stesso. La verifica e la
manutenzione deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato.
ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO - RX
Questo sistema può essere installato solo da personale qualificato, che sia a conoscenza delle
norme europee corrispondenti. Le istruzioni d'uso di questo apparato devono essere sempre
in possesso dell'utente.
RICEVITORE - RX
- Fissare la parte posteriore del contenitore in materiale plastico sulla parte fissa utilizzando i
fori di fissaggio come indicato in figura 2.
- Sul ricevitore a due canali è possibile associare un massimo di 4 trasmettitori.
- Collegare i cavi secondo lo schema in figura 2.
- Alimentare il ricevitore (V=12-24 V AC/DC – tipo SELV).
PROGRAMMAZIONE - RX
Alimentare RX ( led verde LD3 acceso).
1. Per associare il trasmettitore al device 1, premere il pulsante P1 del ricevitore, il led verde
LD5 inizia a lampeggiare ed il buzzer emette un suono breve.
2. Premere il pulsante P1 sul trasmettitore che si vuole associare, il led rosso LD1 si accende,
tenere premuto finchè il led verde LD2 si accende e contemporaneamente si spegne il led rosso
LD1. Al rilascio del pulsante P1 il led verde LD2 inizia a lampeggiare. Sul RX il led verde LD5
rimane acceso ed il buzzer emette un suono prolungato.
3. Per associare il trasmettitore al device 2, premere il pulsante P2 del ricevitore, il led verde
LD4 inizia a lampeggiare ed il buzzer emette un suono breve.
4. Premere il pulsante P1 sul trasmettitore che si vuole associare, il led rosso LD1 si accende,
tenere premuto finchè il led verde LD2 si accende e contemporaneamente si spegne il led rosso
LD1. Al rilascio del pulsante P1 il led verde LD2 inizia a lampeggiare. Sul RX il led verde LD4
rimane acceso ed il buzzer emette un suono prolungato.
5. Per associare altri trasmettitori, ripetere la procedura indicata nei punti 1 e 2 oppure 3 e 4,
fino ad un massimo di 4 trasmettitori.
6. In caso di reset generale procedere nel seguente modo:
a. Tenere premuto il pulsante P1 sul ricevitore finchè il buzzer non emette un suono
prolungato.
b. Tenere premuto il pulsante P2 sul ricevitore finchè il buzzer non emette un suono
prolungato.
Evitare di resettare contemporaneamente i 2 canali.
I TX non vanno resettati.
c. In caso di sostituzione di uno o più trasmettitori, resettare solamente il canale dove si vuole
associare il/ i nuovi trasmettitori, poi procedere come indicato nel punto 1 e 2 oppure 3 e 4.
AUTOTEST - RX
L'autotest verifica lo stato dei relè ad ogni avvio dell'automazione.
Per questa funzione è necessario utilizzare l'ingresso "autotest" presente sui morsetti del
ricevitore.
Se l'automazione installata prevede l'autotest (cioè un controllo dello stato dei componenti
prima dell'avvio dell'automazione stessa) si può procedere nel seguente modo:
- Autotest a logica positiva: (jumper J1 non tagliato) prevede che prima dell'avvio
dell'automazione un impulso faccia passare la tensione da 0V a 12-24 V AC/DC. In questo
caso il ricevitore è già predisposto.
- Autotest a logica negativa: (jumper J1 tagliato) prevede che prima dell'avvio
dell'automazione un impulso faccia passare la tensione da 12-24 V a 0 V AC/DC.
La funzione autotest ripristinerà le uscite relè entro 1 secondo.
SMALTIMENTO - RX
Il sistema contiene parti elettroniche e deve quindi essere smaltito nel rispetto della Direttiva
RAEE.
USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
DESCRIPTION - RX
Radio Mobile is a wireless communication system used to manage one or more safety
edges (both with 8,2KOhm resistor or not). Radio Mobile consists of a radio receiver and
trasmitter that has to be installed on the fixed part (receiver) and on the moving or fixed part
(trasmitter) of every automation. The system is easy to install without any laborious wiring
on the moving parts. Maximum distance allowed between receiver and transmitter is 20mt.
DESTINATION OF USE - RX
New and existing sliding or swing gates, garage doors, sectional doors, rolling shutters, upand-
over doors.
IMPROPER USAGE - RX
This device doesn't have to be used in applications different than specified above.
- Do not apply to the receiver voltages other than the specified ones. - Do not apply to
the transmitter batteries different than the specified ones The manufacturer can't be held
responsible for any damage caused by improper or wrong usage.
MAINTENANCE - RX
The system don't need any particular manteinance, but it's a good practice to verify the system
functionalities every six months. Verification and manteinance has to be done by qualified
personnel.
INSTALLATION - RX
This system must only be installed by qualified personnel that has experience with automatic
doors/gates and knowledge of the relevant EU standards. The instructions for use of this
equipment must always remain in the possession of the user.
RECEIVER - RX
- Fix the back of the plastic case on the fixed part, using screws on the preholed points (see
picture nr.2).
- The dual channel receiver can be linked up to 4 transmitters
- Connect the wirings as shown on picture nr.2.
- Switch on the receiver ( V= 12/24 V AC/DC – SELV type ).

1.To link the transmitter to Device 1, press button P1 on the receiver, the green led LD4 starts

Keep pressed until the green led LD2 turns on and the red led LD1 turns off. When releasing

3.To link the transmitter to Device 2, press button P2 on the receiver, the green led LD4 starts
blinking and the buzzer makes a short bleep.
4. Press button P1 on the trasmitter you want to link to the receiver, the red led LD1 turns on.
Keep pressed until the green led LD2 turns on and the red led LD1 turns off. When releasing
button P1, the green led LD2 starts blinking. On the receiver the green led LD4 is on and the
buzzer makes a long bleep.
5. To link more transmitters, repeat step 1 and 2 ( or 3 and 4) up to a maximum of 4
transmitters.
6. In case of total reset of the system proceed as follows:
- a. Press button P1 on the receiver until it makes a long bleep.
- b. Press button P2 on the receiver until it makes a long bleep.
- c. Do not reset both channels simultaneously. Transmitters do not need to be reset
- d. In case of replacement of one or more transmitters, reset only the channel where to link

the new transmitter, then proceed as per steps 1 and 2 ( or 3 and 4 ).
SELF-TEST - RX
The self-test function verifies relay status every time the automation is turned on.
To use self-test function it is necessary to connect "autotest" inputs on the RX's terminal.
If the installed automation has a built-in self-test option (the automation checks all the system
components before starting) it's possible to proceed as follows:
- Positive-logic self-test (jumper J1 closed): before starting the automation, the voltage rises
from 0V to 12-24 V AC/DC to check the status of the relay. In this case the receiver is already
prepared.
- Negative-logic self test (jumper J1 open): before starting the automation, the voltage
changes from 12-24 V AC/DC to 0V to check the status of the relay.
The self-test function will restore relay outputs within 1 second.
DISPOSAL - RX
The system contains electronic parts and have to be disposed following RAEE Directive.

DESCRIPCIÓN - RX
Radio Mobile es un sistema de comunicación sin cables para la gestión de una o más bandas
sensibles (resistivas o no) en toda seguridad. Radio Mobile se compone de un receptor que se
debe instalar en la parte fija y uno o varios transmisores para instalar en la parte móvil y/o
fija de los automatismos. El sistema se instala con facilidad y evita laboriosos cableados. La
distancia máxima permitida entre el transmisor y el receptor es de 20 m.
DESTINO DE USO - RX
Radio Mobile ha sido fabricado para ser instalado en automatismos para puertas deslizantes
o de batiente, portones, portones seccionales, puertas motorizadas, basculantes y cierres
metálicos.
USO NO PREVISTO - RX
Este dispositivo no debe ser utilizado en aplicaciones diferentes de las antes citadas.
- No aplique tensiones diferentes de las indicadas (receptor).
- No utilice baterías diferentes de las indicadas (transmisor).

MANTENIMIENTO - RX
El sistema no requiere operaciones de mantenimiento especiales, pero es conveniente
comprobar periódicamente (cada 6 meses) el funcionamiento del sistema mismo. La
comprobación y el mantenimiento deben ser efectuados por personal calificado.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE - RX
Este sistema puede ser instalado solo por personal calificado, que conozca las normas
europeas correspondientes. Las instrucciones de uso de este aparato deben estar siempre en
posesión del usuario.
RECEPTOR - RX
- Fije la parte posterior del contenedor de material plástico en la parte fija utilizando los
agujeros de fijación como se indica en la figura 2.
- Al receptor de dos canales se pueden asociar un máximo de 4 transmisores.
- Conecte los cables según el esquema en la figura 2.
- Alimente el receptor (V=12-24 V CA/CC – tipo MBTS).
PROGRAMACIÓN - RX
Alimente RX (led verde LD3 encendido).
1. Para asociar el transmisor al dispositivo 1, presione el pulsador P1 del receptor, el led verde
LD5 comienza a parpadear y la sirena emite un sonido breve.
2. Presione el pulsador P1 en el transmisor que se desea asociar, el led rojo LD1 se enciende,
manténgalo apretado hasta que el led verde LD2 se encienda y al mismo tiempo se apague el
led rojo LD1. Cuando se suelta el pulsador P1 el led verde LD2 comienza a parpadear. En el RX
el led verde LD5 permanece encendido y la sirena emite un sonido prolongado.
3. Para asociar el transmisor al dispositivo 2, presione el pulsador P2 del receptor, el led verde
LD4 comienza a parpadear y la sirena emite un sonido breve.
4. Presione el pulsador P1 en el transmisor que se desea asociar, el led rojo LD1 se enciende,
manténgalo apretado hasta que el led verde LD2 se encienda y al mismo tiempo se apague el
led rojo LD1. Cuando se suelta el pulsador P1 el led verde LD2 comienza a parpadear. En el RX
el led verde LD4 permanece encendido y la sirena emite un sonido prolongado.
5. Para asociar otros transmisores, repita el procedimiento indicado en los puntos 1 y 2 o 3 y
4, hasta un máximo de 4 transmisores.
6. En caso de restablecimiento general siga los siguientes pasos:
a. Mantenga apretado el pulsador P1 en el receptor hasta que la sirena emita un sonido
prolongado.
b. Mantenga apretado el pulsador P2 en el receptor hasta que la sirena emita un sonido
prolongado.
Evite restablecer al mismo tiempo los 2 canales.
Los TX no deben restablecerse.
c En caso de sustitución de uno o varios transmisores, restablezca solamente el canal donde
se desea asociar el nuevo transmisor o transmisores, después proceda como se indica en el
punto 1 y 2 o 3 y 4.
AUTOTEST - RX
El autotest comprueba el estado de los relés en cada arranque del automatismo.
Para ello, es necesario utilizar la entrada "autotest" presente en los bornes del receptor.
Si el automatismo instalado prevé el autotest (esto es, un control del estado de los componentes
antes del arranque del automatismo mismo) se puede proceder de la siguiente manera:
- Autotest de lógica positiva: (puente J1 no cortado) prevé que antes del arranque del
automatismo un impulso haga pasar la tensión de 0V a 12-24 V CA/CC. En este caso el receptor
ya está preparado.
- Autotest de lógica negativa: (puente J1 cortado) prevé que antes del arranque del
