ICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vor der Inbetriebnahme des Drucktrans-
mitters sorgfältig durch. Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser
Anleitung, bei unsachgemässer Handhabung oder Zweckentfremdung
entstehen, erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Für Folgeschäden wird nicht
gehaftet.
Überprüfen Sie vor der Installation, ob die auf dem Typenschild angegebe-
nen Werte (insbesondere der Druckbereich) mit Ihren Spezifikationen
übereinstimmen. Sofern nicht weiter spezifiziert werden die Dichtungen in
Viton (FPM) ausgeführt. Anderenfalls sind die Dichtungstypen in der
Auftragsbestätigung enthalten.
Die Installation darf nur durch qualifiziertes Personal durchgeführt werden.
Bei der Installation sind die geltenden nationalen Sicherheitsbestimmungen
zu beachten.
Übermässige Vibrationen, Schock oder Druckspitzen können die Messun-
gen beeinflussen oder zur Zerstörung des Drucktransmitters führen.
Abhängig vom Prozessanschluss werden Drucktransmitter mit einer gelben
Schutzkappe ausgeliefert. Diese ist vor der Montage zu entfernen.
Drucktransmitter sind gegen unkontrollierte Bewegungen und Schläge zu
schützen.
Drucktransmitter in Titan sind vor Schlägen und Reibung zu schützen.

ERSAND UND ERPACKUNG
Die Drucktransmitter werden in produktspezifischen Verpackungen
geliefert, welche bei normalem Umgang einen sehr guten Schutz bieten.
Bitte überprüfen Sie die Verpackung auf eventuelle Schäden. Entnehmen
Sie den Drucktransmitter vorsichtig und ohne Kraftaufwand der Verpa-
ckung.

NSTALLATION
Der Drucktransmitter darf nur an Systeme im drucklosen Zustand ange-
schlossen werden.
Vermeiden Sie Installation in unmittelbarer Nähe von Motoren, Pumpen,
Ventilen, Hitze- oder anderen Störquellen.
Achten Sie darauf, die Membrane nicht zu beschädigen.
Bei relativen Drucktransmittern mit Stecker muss der Druckausgleich über
die Kabeldose gewährleistet sein.
Bei Drucktransmittern mit Kabelabgang: Achten Sie darauf, dass der
Kabelmantel nicht beschädigt wird.
Beachten Sie das maximale Drehmoment von 30 Nm.

ERVICE UND NTSORGUNG
Die Drucktransmitter sind wartungsfrei. Für eine allfällige Rekalibration
senden Sie den Drucktransmitter an den Lieferanten.
Für die Entsorgung senden Sie den Drucktransmitter zurück an den
Lieferanten.

STRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Leggere attentamente le seguenti istruzioni d'uso prima di mettere in
funzione il trasduttore di pressione. In caso di danni causati dalla non
osservanza delle seguenti istruzioni, da un uso improprio dell'apparecchio
o se esso viene usato per scopi diversi da quelli previsti, il diritto alla
garanzia decade. Il produttore declina ogni responsabilità per i danni che
ne conseguono.
Prima di procedere con l'installazione verificare che i valori riportati sulla
targhetta (in particolare il range di pressione) coincidano con le specifiche
desiderate. Se non diversamente specificato, le guarnizioni sono di viton
(FPM). Il tipo di guarnizione è altrimenti indicato nella conferma d'ordine.
L'installazione può essere eseguita solo da personale qualificato.
Durante l'installazione sono da osservare le norme di sicurezza in vigore a
livello nazionale.
Vibrazioni eccessive, shock o picchi di pressione possono interferire sulle
misurazioni o causare difetti al trasduttore di pressione.
In base al tipo di raccordo al processo i trasduttori di pressione vengono
forniti muniti di tappino giallo di protezione. Levarlo prima del montaggio.
Proteggere i trasduttori da movimenti bruschi e colpi.
Proteggere i trasduttori in titanio da colpi e attriti.

PEDIZIONE E IMBALLAGGIO
I trasduttori di pressione vengono spediti in appositi imballaggi che offrono,
in condizioni normali, un'ottima protezione. Verificare se sull'imballaggio vi
sono eventuali danni. Togliere delicatamente il trasduttore di pressione
dall'imballaggio.

NSTALLAZIONE
Il trasduttore di pressione va collegato solo a sistemi non sotto pressione.
Evitare le installazioni nelle immediate vicinanze di motori, pompe, valvole,
fonti di calore o altre fonti di disturbo.
Non danneggiare la membrana.
Con i trasduttori di pressione relativi con attacco la compensazione di
pressione avviene tramite la scatola di giunzione dei cavi.
Con i trasduttori di pressione con uscita cavo: attenzione a non danneggia-
re la parte esterna del cavo.
Osservare il momento torcente massimo di 30 Nm.

ERVIZIO E SMALTIMENTO
I trasduttori di pressione non necessitano di manutenzione. Per eventuali
ricalibrazioni spedire il trasduttore di pressione al fornitore.

AFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions carefully before installing the pressure
transmitter. The warranty is invalid in respect of damage resulting from non-
observing the instructions, incorrect handling or inappropriate use. We accept no
responsibility for consequential damages resulting from any of the above.
Check to see whether the values given on the type plate (particularly the pressure
range) correspond to your required specifications. The seals are made of Viton
(FPM), unless stated otherwise on the order confirmation.
The device must be installed by qualified personnel.
When installing and operating the pressure transmitter, attention should be paid to
the corresponding national safety regulations.
Excessive vibration, shock or pressure peaks can corrupt the measurements or even
destroy the pressure transmitter.
Pressure transmitters are delivered with a yellow protective cap depending on the
pressure port. Please remove the cap before using the transmitter.
Protect the pressure transmitter against uncontrolled movements and surcharges.
Protect pressure transmitters with titanium housing against surcharge and friction.

HIPMENT AND UNPACKING
The transmitters are delivered in product-specific packaging that offers excellent
protection under normal transport conditions. Please check the packaging for any
signs of damages. Remove the transmitter carefully without applying force.

NSTALLATION
Only install the pressure transmitter onto unpressurized systems.
Do not install the pressure transmitter in the immediate vicinity of motors, pumps,
valves, sources of heat or other potential sources of interference.
Protect the diaphragm against damages.
For gauge pressure transmitters with an electrical connector, the pressure compen-
sation must be ensured with the cable socket connector.
Transmitters with cable output: avoid damages of the cable jacket.
Observe the max. torque of 30 Nm.

ERVICE AND DISPOSAL
The pressure transmitters are maintenance-free. If it is necessary to recalibrate the
transmitter, please send them back to the supplier.
For disposal please return the transmitter to the supplier.

Veuillez lire soigneusement la notice d'utilisation avant la mise en marche du
transmetteur de pression. En cas de dommages provoqués par le non-respect de
ces instructions, l'utilisation incorrecte ou l'utilisation détournée, la garantie n'est pas
appliquable. Nous déclinons tout responsabilité en cas de dommages consécutifs.
Veuillez verifier avant l'installation si les valeurs indiquées sur la plaque de type
(particulièrement la zone de pression) correspondent avec vos spécifications. Les
joints sont faits en Viton (FPM) sauf indication contraire. Sinon, les types de joints
figurent sur la confirmation de commande.
L'installation doit être effectuée exclusivement par du personnel qualifié.
Pendant l'installation du transmetteur de pression, il faut faire attention aux
consignes de sécurité nationales en vigueur.
Des vibrations extrêmes, un choc ou des pointes de pression peuvent influencer les
mesures ou bien provoquer la destruction du transmetteur de pression.
Dépendant du port de pression, les transmetteurs de pression sont fournis avec un
embout de protection jaune
Il faut protéger les transmetteurs de pression contre les coups et les mouvement
sans contrôle.
Les transmetteurs de pression en titan doivent être protéger contre les coups et les
frottements.

XPEDITION ET EMBALLAGE
Les transmetteurs de pression sont fournis dans des emballages spécifiques au
produit qui permettent une très bonne protection dans des conditions normales.
Veuillez examiner l'emballages sur des dommages éventuels. Retirez le transmet-
teur de pression soigneusement et sans employer de force s'il vous plait.

NSTALLATION
Le transmetteur de pression doit seulement être raccordé à des systèmes sans
pression.
Évitez l'installation à proximité immédiate de moteurs, pompes, valves, des sources
de chaleur ou d'autres sources de perturbation.
Faites bien attention à ne pas endommager les membranes.
En ce qui concerne les transmetteurs de pression relatives avec fiche d'alimentation,
l'équilibrage de la pression via la prise de courant doit être garanti.
En ce qui concerne les transmetteurs de pression avec sortie de cable: Veuillez faire
attention que la gaine de cable ne soit pas endommagée.
Observez le moment de rotation maximal de 30 Nm s'il vous plaît.

ERVICE ET EVACUATION
Les transmetteurs de pression ne nécessitent aucun entretien. Si une reétallonage
est nécessaire, envoyez le transmetteur de pression au fournisseur s'il vous plait.
Pour l'évacuation veuillez retourner le transmetteur de pression au fournisseur.
