Re-enter the numeric code. If you have entered a wrong code three times, the
keypad is blocked for 20 seconds. If this occurs three times, the keypad is
blocked for 5 minutes.
Close the Safe
1. Close the safe door (1).
2. Rotate the turning knob (4) counter clockwise for a quarter turn. The safe is
locked now.
Change the Code
1. Open the safe door (1) as described in chapter Open the Safe.
2. Press the red pushbutton (2) that is located at the inside of the safe door.
The yellow LED (A) lights up.
3. Now enter the desired new 3-8 digit numeric code within the next 30
seconds. Each time a key is pressed, a short beep sounds.
4. Press the A key (6) or the B key (7) for confirmation. The new code is valid
with immediate effect.
5. Verify the new numeric code before closing the safe door. Absolutely notice
this new code.
Emergency Opening
In case you have forgotten or lost the numeric code to open the safe door or if
the batteries are spent, you still can open the safe by using the emergency
opening.
1. Remove the sticker (5) that is located left to the keypad.
2. Remove the small screw that is located directly behind the sticker. Remove
the cover of the keypad. The additional emergency opening lock (10) is
visible now (see fig. on the following page).
3. Insert the key (8) into the lock and rotate it counter clockwise for approx. an
eighth turn.
4. Rotate the turning knob (4) clockwise for a quarter turn. The safe is
unlocked. Pull the safe door by the turning knob to open it.
Note: Never store the emergency key inside the safe!
Cleaning
Use a dry or lightly moistened cloth to clean the housing of the safe.
