1.2 Das Produkt richtig verwenden
Dieses Produkt ist bestimmt:
-
Zum Einbau in H0 Modellfahrzeuge.
-
Zum Betrieb mit einer Betriebsspannung von maximal 16 V
AC~ / DC=.
-
Zum Betrieb in trockenen Räumen.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestim-
mungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht.
1.3 Packungsinhalt überprüfen
Kontrollieren Sie den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit:

Rundumleuchte mit LED und Steuerelektronik
-
2 Halterungen
-
Anleitung
2. Einbau
-
Prüfen Sie vor dem Einbau die Funktion. Beachten Sie dazu
Abschnitt 3.
2.1 Einbau direkt auf dem Dach
-
Bohren Sie an der gewünschten Einbaustelle ein Loch mit
einem Durchmesser von 2,5 mm (Abb. 1).
-
Geben Sie etwas Sekundenkleber an die Unterseite der
Rundumleuchte (Abb. 2).
-
Fädeln Sie die Kabel durch das Loch und stecken Sie die
Rundumleuchte ein (Abb. 3).
-
Ordnen Sie die Kabel im Fahrzeug und befestigen diese
gegebenfalls an einigen Stellen mit etwas Klebstoff.
2.2 Einbau mit einer Halterung
-
Fädeln Sie die Kabel durch den Adapterring (Abb. 4).
-
Stecken Sie die Halterung bis zum Anschlag in den Adapter-
ring (Abb. 5). Bei Bedarf kann die Halterung gekürzt werden.
-
Legen Sie die Drähte in die Nut der Halterung (Abb. 6).
-
Bohren Sie an der gewünschten Einbaustelle ein Loch mit
einem Durchmesser von 1,5 mm (Abb. 7.1/7.2).
-
Führen Sie die Kabel und die Halterung von oben durch
die Bohrung. Befestigen Sie die Rundumleuchte mit etwas
Klebstoff an der Einbaustelle (Abb. 8.1/8.2).
-
Ordnen Sie die Kabel im Fahrzeug und befestigen diese
gegebenfalls an einigen Stellen mit etwas Klebstoff.
3. Anschluss
-
Verbinden Sie die Rundumleuchte mit der Steuerelektronik
(Abb. 9).
-
Schließen Sie die Steuerelektronik gemäß Abb. 10 an einen
Modelleisenbahntransformator (Art. 5200) an.
-
Sollten Sie eine Änderung der Laufrichtung der LEDs be-
vorzugen, so tauschen Sie 2 beliebige Drähte zwischen
Rundumleuchte und Steuerelektronik (Abb. 9).

Funktioniert die Rundumleuchte wie gewünscht, stülpen
Sie die Schrumpfschläuche über die Verbindungststellen
und erhitzen diese kurz mit einer Heißluftpistole oder einem
Feuerzeug (Abb. 11).

Um die Steuerelektronik unter der Anlagenplatte zu plat-
zieren, bohren Sie unter dem Fahrzeug ein Loch mit einem
Durchmesser von 4,5 mm (Abb. 12).

1.1 Safety instructions
Caution:
Risk of injury!
Due to the detailed reproduction of the original and the in-
tended use, this product can have peaks, edges and break-
able parts. For installation tools are required.
Electrical hazard!
Never put the connecting wires into a power socket! Reg-
ularly examine the transformer for damage. In case of any
damage, do not use the transformer!
Make sure that the power supply is switched off when you
mount the device and connect the cables! Only use VDE/EN
tested special model train transformers for the power supply!
The power sources must be protected to prevent the risk of
burning cables.
1.2 Using the product for its correct purpose
This product is intended:
-
For installation in H0 model vehicles.
-
For operation with a power supply up to 16 V AC~ / DC=.
-
For operation in dry rooms only.
Using the product for any other purpose is not approved and is
considered inappropriate. The manufacturer is not responsible
for any damage resulting from the improper use of this product
1.3 Checking the package contents
Check the contents of the package for completeness:

2. Mounting

Test the function prior to mounting. Follow chapter 3.
2.1 Mounting directly onto the roof
-
Drill a hole at the mounting site with a diameter of 2.5 mm
(fig. 1).
-
Apply a little glue to the underside of the rotating flashing light
(fig. 2).
-
Insert the cable through the hole and then fit in the flashing
light (fig. 3).
-
Arrange the cables inside the vehicle and fasten them in
some spots with a little glue, if necessary.
2.2 Mounting with a bracket
-
Insert the cables through the adapter ring (fig. 4).
-
Plug the bracket into the adapter ring up to the stop (fig. 5).
If needed, the bracket may be shortened.

Place the wires into the groove of the bracket (fig. 6)
-
Drill a hole at the mounting site with a diameter of 1.5 mm
(fig. 7.1/7.2).
-
Insert the cables and the bracket from above through the
hole. Fasten the flashing light with some glue to the mounting
site (fig. 8.1/8.2).
-
Arrange the cables inside the vehicle and fasten them in
some spots with a little glue, if necessary.

3. Connection

Connect the rotating flashing light with the control electronics
(fig. 9).

Connect the control electronics acc. to fig. 10 to a model train
transformer (item 5200).

Should you prefer to invert the running direction of the LEDs,
just exchange 2 random wires between flashing light and
control electronics (fig. 9)

If the rotating flashing light works as desired, put the shrink
tubes over the joints and heat them up shortly with a hot air
gun or a gas lighter (fig. 11).
In order to hide the control electronics underneath the layout,
drill a hole of 4.5 mm diam. beneath the vehicle (fig. 12).
