Filling the Container and Using the Mill
1. Hold the transparent cup (3) of
the mill with one hand and turn
the blade storage container (2)
in direction to the marking
UNLOCK in order unlock both
parts.
2. Remove the blade storage
container.
3. Remove the push plate (7) and
fill the transparent cup up to
the half with the spices and
herbs you want to grate.
4. Re-insert the push plate (7) into the transparent cup and
lock the blade storage container with the transparent cup by
turning in direction to LOCK.
For grating garlic or milling herbs turn the rotating part of
the blade storage container forth and back.
For grating hard cheese turn the rotating part of the blade
storage container only forwards (clockwise direction).
For cutting thin slices of cheese turn the rotating part of the
blade only backwards (counter clockwise direction).
Removing the Blade Disc from the Blade Base
1. Unlock the white blade holder from the blade base and
remove it.
2. Turn the blade base upside down and press with your
thumb in the middle of the blade disc in order to easily push
out the blade from the blade base.
