Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Do not leave packaging material in the range of children. Plastic bags etc.
may become a dangerous toy for children.
This ratchet tied down set is only intended to tie down loads. Do not knot the
straps.
The unit is NOT suitable for carrying or lifting loads!
Do not store the ratchet tie down set close to heat sources and do not
continuously expose the straps to direct sunlight.
If the straps are worn or ripped, do not continue using them. Replace
defective straps immediately new one.
Do not exceed the maximum lashing capacity (see specifications on the type
labels). Please note that due to wind accelerating and lateral forces may
occur when fastening the load on a vehicle.
Make sure that the fastening points on a vehicle are suitable and firm enough
to hold the load.
The working temperature for the ratchet tie down is from -20 to +60 °C.
Do not pull the strap over rough and sharp edges.
To securely fasten the load, do not use the ratchet tie down with less than 1.5
wraps on the ratchet (roll) but with max. 3 wraps.
Do not disassemble and do not try to repair the straps. The ratchet tie down
set does not contain parts serviceable by you. If any problems occur, contact
our customer service.
Tensioning Rope „SC08"
1. Hook one side of the tensioning rope and wrap the rope around the object to
be fastened.
2. Tension the other side of the tensioning rope and fasten the hook on a
suitable place. To fasten the object more securely, use two tensioning ropes
and fasten the ropes crosswise.
