Hinweise:
Mindestabstand zwischen
Vereinzeler VE 2 (Vorderkante WT 2)
und Abstreifer 25 mm, um den
Federwiderstand des Abstreifers
sicher zu überwinden.
Bei Einbauort an der Strecke ST 2

muss die Seitenführung (
ausgesägt werden!
PA-Profi l, Alu-Seitenführung lässt
sich mit einer Zange wegbrechen.
Nachbehandlung mit einer Feile zur
Gratentfernung erforderlich.
PA-Profi l gegen Verschieben
sichern. Von oben mit einem
Zylinderstift Ø 2,5x6 verstiften ("Z",
Fig 5).
Bei Montage an Antriebsstation
AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700 ist der
Ausschnitt in der Seitenführung der
Abdeckplatte vorgesehen.
Es ist hier notwendig, den
Ausschnitt nur am PA-Profi l
wegzutrennen (mit einem scharfen
Messer möglich). Verstiftung
als Verschiebesicherung nur in
Laufrichtung (am Abschnitt vor dem
Ausschnitt) notwendig.
Bei Motoranbau MA = R, MA = L den
Getriebemotor senkrecht (hängend)
drehen oder den Abstreifer in der
Strecke (vor dem Motor) montieren.
Fig. 4 + 5:
1 Abstreifer mit einer
Innensechskantschraube M6x30
und einer Hammermutter
M6 und einem Zylinderstift
Ø10m6x35 vormontieren. ("Y",
Fig. 4).
2 Einbauort an Strecke ST 2
markieren.
Ggf. Seitenführung aussägen
(Maße "X", Fig. 5), Grat
sorgfältig entfernen.
3 Vormontierten Abstreifer in
T-Nut des ST 2 montieren und
mit MD = 25 Nm befestigen
4 Führungsprofi l von oben (FP 2,

"Z ", "X", Fig.5) oder seitlich

(FP 2/H-St, "X ", Fig.5)
verstiften (ø2,5x6).
Notes:
Keep minimum distance between
VE 2 stop gate (WT 2 front edge)
and scraper at 25 mm to safely
overcome the scraper's spring
resistance.
The lateral guide must be sawn
out in case of mounting on ST 2

The PA profi le and aluminum lateral
guide may be broken off using
a pair of pliers. For subsequent
treatment, a fi le is needed to
remove burrs.
Secure the PA profi le against
displacement. Pin in place from
above with a Ø 2.5x6 cylinder pin
("Z", Fig 5).
For mounting on AS 2/C-400 and
AS 2/C-700 drive modules, a cutout
is provided in the cover plate's
lateral guide.
The cutout must be separated on
the PA profi le only (possible with a
sharp knife). Pin in place to secure
against displacement only in the
direction of movement (in the
section located before the cutout).
With motor mounting MA = R, MA
= L, turn gear motor vertically
(suspended) or mount the scraper
in the section (in front of motor).
Fig. 4 + 5:
1 Pre-assemble the scraper using
an M6x30 hex-socket screw,
an M6 T-nut, and a Ø10m6x35
cylinder pin ("Y", Fig. 4).
2 Mark the mounting location on
the ST 2 section.
If necessary, saw out lateral
guide (dimensions "X", Fig. 5)
and carefully remove burr.
3 Mount the pre-assembled
scraper in the T-nut of the ST 2
and fasten with MD = 25 Nm.
4 Fix guide profi le from the top

(FP 2, "Z ", "X", Fig.5) or the
side (FP 2/H-St,
with pins (ø 2.5x6).

为了确保能够克服刮片的弹簧阻力，要
求在挡停器 ＶＥ ２ （ Ｗ Ｔ ２ 前边沿） 与刮
片之间要有一个 ２５ ｍｍ 的最小间距。
必须锯掉侧导向来安装 ＳＴ ２

（可用一把快刀）。仅在运行方向上需要
用定位销防止串动 （在 豁口前的部分）。
在电机安装为 Ｍ Ａ ＝ Ｒ ， Ｍ Ａ ＝ Ｌ 的情况
下，将减速电机转成垂直 （下悬式） 安
装或者把刮片安装在输送段中 （在 电机
前面）。
Ｆｉｇ． ４ ＋ ５ ：
１ 用 一个 Ｍ６ｘ３０ 内六角螺栓和一个
Ｍ ６ Ｔ 型螺母及一个 Ø１ ０ ｍ ６ｘ３ ５ 圆
柱销预安装刮片 （ "Ｙ"，Ｆｉ ｇ． ４ ）。
２ 在输送段 Ｓ Ｔ ２ 上给安装位置加标
记。需要时在侧导向上锯豁口 （尺
寸"Ｘ"，Ｆｉｇ． ５），仔细去掉毛刺。
３ 把预装好的刮片安装到 Ｓ Ｔ ２ 的锁坑
中，并用 Ｍ Ｄ ＝ ２５ Ｎ ｍ 的 拧紧力矩
拧紧。
４ 对导向型材从上面 （ＦＰ ２ ，

"Ｚ""Ｘ"，Ｆｉｇ． ５ ） 或侧面
（ＦＰ ２ ／Ｈ －Ｓ ｔ，
（ø ２ ．５ ｘ６ ） 定位。

