Ending Operation of the Laminator

Switch the laminator off when you want to stop using the laminator.
1 Switch the power switch (4) to OFF.
2 Disconnect the power plug from the power socket.
3
Disconnect the power cable from the socket.
4 Fold the pouch tray (1) back up.
Î Operation of the laminator has been ended.

Troubleshooting

Clearing Pouch Jams
Pouches can jam due to the following:
■
the laminating pouch was not inserted straight into the laminator.
■
the transport rollers are soiled with residual adhesive.
■
an unsuitable laminating pouch or material has been used.
Caution!
Risk of burns through hot laminating pouch.
When the laminating pouch is ejected after lamination, it is extremely hot. Only remove
the ejected lamination pouch holding it at the cooled end.

Press the button (8).
Î The laminating pouch is transported to the infeed (rear) and discharged.
2 Remove the laminating pouch from the laminator.
3 Press the button (8).
Î The laminator stops running in reverse and begins to run forwards.
If you do not remove the laminating pouch from the laminator, the laminator issues a continu-
ous acoustic signal. The three operating mode buttons flash BLUE.
Remove the laminating pouch from the laminator then switch the laminator off and on again.
Î The laminator is ready for operation.
Î The pouch jam has been cleared.
Clean the laminator, if necessary.
